sleeksimple6 :  My wedding band is channel set!
1. they don’t get any dirtier than my engagement ring does.

2. I clean them the same way I do all my jewelry, dawn dish soap, warm water, a soft toothbrush, and an ultrasonic cleaner.
3. I have a half eternity, it spins somewhat, about the same as my engagement ring (they’re not soldered). I think it partially depends on how tight or loose your ring is.
4. I’ve worn mine almost two years now and it is such a comfy band! Because of the size of the diamonds, they don’t show a lot of dirt and the diamonds are all fully faceted which makes a BIG difference in terms of sparkle! Many channel set bands from typical mall jewelry stores are not fully faceted and thus truly don’t sparkle the way they should.
5. I have never heard of this, nor had any issue with mine. My band is about 3mm wide (channel sets have to be relatively thick to fit the diamonds inside the metal) and is very sturdy.
Hope this helped and stay healthy!

1. Do the tiny gaps between diamonds (I would like round diamonds) get gunked up or dirty over time? No, I’ve had my ring almost 4 years and it’s never gotten gunked up.

2. How do you keep these rings clean? I don’t do anything special to clean my ring. I suppose it gets cleaned when I shower/wash my hands. I take it into get cleaned by our jeweler occasionally.

3. Do you have a full eternity or half?  If half, how much does it spin? Mine is half. My ring doesn’t really spin.

4. How long have you had your ring(s)?  Any comments on how quickly they lose their sparkle due to dirt?  How comfy is it for daily wear? I’ve had my wedding band 4 years. My engagement ring also has channel set diamonds and I’ve had it 5 years. My stones haven’t lost any of their sparkle and I wear my rings 24/7 without any comfort issues.

5. A jeweller told me they can warp a little if they get banged on something (or even just through regular wear as gold can bend and wear down over time) and the diamonds can shift/channel can get out of it’s round shape; have you experienced this?  Nope and I feel like I’m constantly banging my ring on stuff. I’ve had zero issues

I have a channel band.  They hold up beautifully.  No spinning not a dirt collector and keep their sparkle.

I have a 1ct rose and white gold full eternity bands, they do not gunk up and stay sparkly as long as they are cleaned… I clean mine about once a month. I’ve had both for about 4-5 years and they haven’t bent or lost any diamonds.

newbeegirl :  lol I don’t wear it a lot, it’s a 3ct fabulite strontium titanate so it’s rather soft. It’s in 14k rose gold with pink sapphires on the shank. I love it but so scared it will break 🤷🏼‍♀️ Here’s another picture I have if it.
