This isn’t really a wedding question, but I was wondering if any of you interfaith gals had any good ideas on interfaith Christmas/Chanukah holiday decorations. Growing up, my Mom had these awesome hand towels that had a Santa Claus and a Rabbi laughing together and I would love a set of my own, but I can’t find them anywhere online! Any of you seen these? Otherwise, do you any of you have good ideas of where to look for Chanukah/Christmas decorations?
Thanks, and Happy Holidays! 🙂

Maybe this is a dumb question, but what’s the difference between Chanukah and Hanukkah? I thought they were the same but different spellings.

@Goodatlove: Yep! You are right! Some people prefer one or the other spelling (usually more traditional individuals use “Chanukah”). I put them both on as a bit of a joke to see if anyone was paying attention hehe or if they were just clicking because polls are fun :).. You passed!!

World Market has some good Hannukah decorations.
My BFF is Jewish adn we were roommates for 7 years. We had a christmas tree with a star of david as the tree topper. We had dreidel lights we strung along the mantel over the stockings. Her stocking was blue and white and had a menorah on it. She just had a son with her catholic husband so the kids stocking is a christmas tree in the shape of a menoral with a star of david on top.
There are lots of fun things you can do!

My SO is Jewish and I’m catholic. He said he doesn’t want any holiday decorations outside the house. As for inside we will have a christmas tree because that is my holiday. He isn’t one to decorate but I’ll probably get a menorah so he doesn’t feel left out.

I have some dreidel and star of david tree ornaments. They’re at my parents house in NY though 🙁
Oh and FH picked up some red and green candles for the menorah.
We are debating skipping Xmas this year though.
