mongoljingoo999 : Gorgeous dress!!! I had a very detailed lace dress with a gorgeous back I wanted to show off, but I still went with a cathedral length veil. My train wasn’t super long though. I absolutely loved my cathedral length veil and it truly made me feel like a bride more than any other veil I tried on. Happy deciscion making!

thehungryhornist : oh my god. That is beautiful!!!! Is it from etsy? What is the design on the edge called? Like lace trim? I love I love it! I am more leaning towards cathedral now! I think the one I tried on in the store didn’t give an accurate look what most cathedral veils look like when paired just right. 🙂

mongoljingoo999 : My veil was actually made by the same designer as my dress, Modern Trousseau. I looked at a ton of veils on Etsy though. A tip: choose a seller who is willing to send you samples of the tulle they use, so you can check the texture/quality, but more importantly to match shades of ivory/white to your dress! Also, I recommend choosing a veil where the lace starts at elbow height. After trying on many, many veils in person I decided that was the look I liked best. Good luck!!
