Charcoal with a deep rust orange would be lovely.

That would be lovely! What about charcoal, white, and some kind of red?

I don’t particularly believe in certain palettes only working certain seasons… but if you want to make it fall-ish, I agree with the burnt orange, or red.  Or, I’m always a fan of eggplant purple.  Oooh, or baby pink/grey I always think looks preppy.

In my mind preppy=school=back to school=fall 😛

Charcoal would be an awesome base color, paired with one or two accent colors…I always love jewel tones in the fall.

charcoal and other shades of gray are in my fall palette! I added ivories and browns, shades of slate blue, shades of ivy green and shades of a peachy orange. fall-ish without being typically fall…

@peachbaby4008 – I can’t post a picture, for whatever reason, I don’t have the toolbar for the comment box anymore 🙁 I am using a lot of the colors though. The grays will mostly be in the wedding party attire… girls in gray dresses of their choosing, boys in gray suits…

our table linens will be green (the venue is green carpet, warm ivory walls), cream and soft orange flowers on the tables, with tall ivory birdcages for half of them, and other ivory accents mixed with mercury glass votives.

I suggest perusing the snippet and ink inspiration boards and also the ones on 100 layer cake! they really helped me refine my thoughts
