SaltedCaramel:  Exactly — it’s a matter of hours, not days!  Crazy that it ever works when you think about it.  FX for a BFP tomorrow!!

BeverlyGeese:  Haha!  Do you wear contacts?  That’s the only way I can cut onions!

LittleRiver:  Nope. I have tried everything because I feel like I’m sensitive to onions. I had goggles at one point, tried doing it next to the stove/open flame, rinsing them in cold water, Etc. So this was miraculous!

BeverlyGeese:  I’m feeling good! Currently 9+5 and had bad nausea from 6wks to 9. Started feeling better at 9+2 and have enjoyed feeling more normal for the past few days, yay. My BBs have been very tender the whole time too though. We got to see baby and a heart beating away at the end of 7 weeks so that was absolutely wonderful! πŸ™‚

Sorry I cannot tag everyone. Here is the pee stick. I see more in person, but I am not keeping my hopes up yet. I need to see a clear line. Eekkk!

MrsFairyBee:  Awww how exciting!!! Are you going to find out if it is a boy or girl? I can’t believe you are almost 10 weeks. Time flies!

    View original reply
candy11:  The image is so small (I’m on my phone) so I can’t see anything. Test again tomorrow!! Your chart is looking great!

BeverlyGeese:  I’m on the fence with finding out gender or being team green. Before I was pregnant I wanted to be team green. Now that I’ve seen bub on the u/s I just wonder who and what it is and keep thinking of fun gender reveal ideas! I was telling my month ladies that I’m crumbling so I’m going to make a pro/con list and talk to DH. I’m sure it will be wonderful either way though. πŸ™‚

MrsFairyBee:  Don’t let this sway your decision at all, but I would like to be team green for two reasons: First, there are so few true surprises in life and I imagine that delivery day and being able to share that surprise with my dh (although, totally similar experience to finding out together and a gender reveal). Second, and my most important reason, is that the mom gets to bond so much more with the baby while pregnant. I think if I knew it were a boy/girl, I would feel more connected to who that tiny babe was, while dh wouldn’t get to experience that until after birth. I would love to share that with him! I’m not sure if I am explaining this well, haha. Anyway, I fully support everyone’s decision to find out or not. I think you should share your list too, because I guarantee once I do get pregnant I will be on the fence too!!!

BeverlyGeese: I know, it’s super hard to capture in camera, especially with my old phone. I will see if I can wait until tomorrow to test again. I’ll keep you updated. πŸ™‚

BeverlyGeese:  You stated all my reasons for wanting to be team green. But then our agreement was that we’d find out, and get it in an envelope, and my DH would read me the gender at home, alone. Thats what I wanted. Him to be the one to yell, “it’s a boy/girl!” So that was our compromise since he was 100% against being team green! We want to be able to prep the room (even though it’ll be neutral haha)  πŸ™‚

BeverlyGeese:  I’d always get a big jump from a glass or two of wine also. I always feel like my chart is judging me, lol.

MrsFairyBee:  Glad you’re doing well lady! Sorry about the nausea but how nice that you’re headed out the other side. I’m just starting to get to the point where being too hungry is awful and too full is awful, and I’m hoping it doesn’t get much worse!
