priyawouldntwannabeya:  On your homepage setup you can turn off the BD part so it’s private but we can still see your temps and CM. πŸ™‚

priyawouldntwannabeya:  The good thing is that we are complete strangers πŸ˜‰ The great thing is that the ladies here are experts at charting, and it’s very helpful to have someone else take a look. Now, there is way to hide your BD from you chart if you don’t want to show it to the whole world. Just got to Sharing on the menu bar then click on Setup below Charting Home Page, then disable the box that says Publish Intercourse Data.

priyawouldntwannabeya:  Oh wow only 3 days since you started TTC, how exciting! As far as how to figure out your POAS date. I would start by noting how long is your luteal phase? Do you know this? Ideally one wants to POAS when AF is late, but yeah right who wants to wait that long when it’s possible to get a positive pregnancy test before AF is due. I think most bees I’ve seen have gotten their BFP between 10-13dpo. That means 10 to 13 days after you ovulate. So it’s possible to test earlier than the two week mark but be advised that in same cases you might not get a positive test until around 14dpo. Hope this helps!

emsy3110:  Remind me, are you planning on taking OPKs? I have longish cycles, and I know it’s super frustrating to keep getting negative OPKs but since you’re not sure when you’ll ovulate, this might be the best thing to do in order to time BD properly and increase your chances to get pregnant.

candy11:  i just went off the bcp at the beginning of January so my luteal phase has varied between 11-18 days. I’m not the most patient person in the world so I’ll probably test early
