Beasha:  I don’t know what would cause such short cycles, so I am no help. Are you planning to get more testing done now? Maybe meet with an RE or talk with your OB? I’m surprised they can’t figure out whats wrong! Sorry  :/

Christy42213:  OK good cause i was gonna ask.  I was gonna say you have the patience of a saint if you are 16DPO and havenet tested! haha stay away AF.  ANd yes, TTC is way more stressful then i thought.

CHeck in. 7 or 8DPO.  I had some pink spotting this morning and then cramps but everything has gone away now. I’m going to be testing on Saturday now since we are having the neighbours over for dinner and i might want some vino. I’m really trying not to symptom spot.

Hi ladies, something either good or bad must be going on because my temps have been lower than average for post-O for the first 7 days. By this time, I would usually have gotten a peak of around 97.5F at least….I hope it means something positive like a BFP. 🙂

I don’t know how some of you ladies hold off on testing for so long. I admire your will power.

I had a positive OPK on Monday after testing 2-3 times per day for over a week since I’ve been ovulating 5 days late since my MC. Then, yesterday I had a “more positive” OPK with the test line waaaaaaay darker than the control. We BD’d Sunday and Monday, but DH said he just couldn’t manage last night and I was so irritated. We’ve been BDing at least EOD for well over a week and I kind of understand, but STILL! I hate missing a fertile day. And I’m convinced he was ejaculating air the last few times so I feel very unfertilized. To make everything even more confusing for me, I had no EWCM all cycle and then it shows up today. Stupid hormones. Stupid cervix. Stupid, tired, old penis.

Beasha:  That is a short cycle and for AF to last 5 days you’re on AF for a third of the cycle. Good luck TTC.

GrannyPantiesRock:  I’m sure you guys covered your bases! I hope he was shooting more than air!! If Monday’s OPK was +, then maybe yesterdays was showing you the end of your surge!

Thank you ladies.  I try not to get my hopes up at all, especially after my last cycle.  My temp dropped the day before AF, so I knew I was defeated.  Then the next morning it went up almost a whole degree!  I was ecstatic and actually tested that morning with a FRER and not one of my wondfos, and of course my body was playing a cruel joke on me.  If AF doesn’t show up by tomorrow morning, I will test then.  I just get so defeated every time I see a BFN.  I get super depressed so that’s what’s also holding me back from testing again.  Especially because it is late for me to show a BFN.  Guess only thing I can do is wait it out.

Swizzle:  Wow, that definitely sounds like IB to me!  Have you ever had spotting like that before around that time?

MiJeS1104: I hear ya with the disappointment testing can bring. That’s why I can’t do it until I get to around CD43 as that’s been my longest cycle.

Turtle83:  thank you for making me feel not so insane! My first thought was possible implantation, since i have never had cramps or spotting (i wouldn’t even call it spotting, it was once this morning and then gone) like that in the 6 cyles i’ve charted.  But everything i’ve read says that it doesn’t happen that often so i’m now just hoping for the best and waiting until saturday or sunday to start testing. Reeeaalllyyy trying not to focus on it too much especially since i really dont have any other symptoms to speak of and maybe my mind is playing tricks on me.
