Turtle83:  I bought the Reli on from walmart. It’s was only like $8 and I haven’t has any problems with it. Beeps when finished and remembers the temp the next time you turn it on. I have used it since February.

emsy3110:  Happy 1000th post! πŸ™‚ I lost track of mine haha! And yeah it’s so weird. And most Drs would assume 4 weeks along. Not always true!

vanike:  I say if you feel like temping has been stressing you out, then definitely give it a try to go without!  You can still pay attention to your other signs if you want.  For me, I think it actually helps me stay less stressed, but you have to do what works best for you!

Not really at all charting or TTC related, but I went bra shopping today and actually got properly fitted – my mind was blown!  I’ve been wearing either 34 or 36B for years, but I’ve been uncomfortable lately and wondering if my bra was too small.  I’m actually a 34D!!  Craziness.  Just my little Public Service Announcement, ladies, if you’ve never been properly fitted for your bras, do it!

vanike:  I talked to a friend of mine who’s been trying for 2 years and she said the same thing. She told me I’m stressing too much even if I don’t think I am. DH says the same thing. So I stopped tracking pretty much everything literally on my O date (Friday) and I don’t think I will track much anymore accept for maybe BD/AF so I can estimate conception and whether we even have a chance each month. It’s really easy to let TTC take control of your life and I don’t want to do that. So ya I probably won’t be on the bee or FF much. But I think I’ll start enjoying TTC a lot more now since it was too much of a task Lately. I know it will happen for us when it’s meant to.

Does anyone else get irrationally annoyed when for some reason they can’t temp?  This morning, DH and I were woken up by a crashing noise from the living room – our cats had knocked something over.  So, of course, we both jumped out of bed to go see what had happened, and as soon as I got back in bed, my first reaction was “Damn it!  Now I can’t temp this morning!”  Luckily, I’m probably still a week or so from O, so it won’t affect my chart much, but it’s still annoying πŸ™

SadieBee:  I do, I do!! The dotted lines in my chart irritate me so much! Often, it’s when I’m super tired and wake up to my temping alarm only to turn it off but fall back asleep before I can grab my thermometer. Then when I wake up for real, I realize I didn’t temp and get so annoyed! So I totally understand πŸ™‚

Hey charters! Quick question: last night was my bff’s bachelorette so I drank quite a bit (like I’m good on drinking for the next few years) and my temp this morning was 96.2, the lowest it’s been. I thought drinking increased your temp-do I have that wrong? Thanks!

SadieBee:  Lol I enjoyed your Public Service Announcement. I have huge boobs and the last time I was fitted they tried to tell me I was a DD (I’m like an H usually). I was like “Yeah…maybe when I was in 8th grade…”. Wise words!
