FreckledFox:  Okay. My only confusion is how do I know exactly? Based on prior cycles today would be the day before AF was due since I’ve only ever had an 11 day LP, but I know that’s shorter than the average. I think I will just try to stick to that 14DPO to begin testing to see. I know I can make myself hold off until then, but don’t know if I could wait longer since my LP has never been close to that length.

candy11:  I’m trying to keep my excitement in check. I was already pretty upset when I thought the spotting I saw was pre-AF spotting (which it totally still could be). DH admitted tonight that I got him excited, which did not help. I will wait until Monday, I will wait until Monday (maybe if I say it enough, I’ll do it lol).

KatiePi:  Since your last LP was 11 days, if AF doesn’t come tomorrow it’s officially late, but you’re right your average LP could be longer than 11 days. My average LP is 14 days, so to say AF is late I would have to wait until 16dpo because I get AF on 15 dpo usually.

candy11:  Okay, thanks. That’s what was confusing to me. I know when AF would be due for me (tomorrow), but didn’t know if I needed to wait longer because it was shorter than average. If AF doesn’t arrive tomorrow, maybe I will go ahead and test on Sunday…

    KatiePi:  You’re welcome!

I am so excited, we just got our air tickets to go see our families in California and to celebrate my mom’s 50th birthday this coming November. We are considering a stop at Universal Studios, yey!!!

    ROLL CALL!

    TTC/TTA: TTC

    CD/DPO: CD8

Cycles TTC/Charting: 2nd since we’ve decided but this will be the first that we are actively trying. I’ve been charting since Feb 2014

    Age: 34

    POAS/AF Date: Sept 17

BFP Plan and/or Known Issues: Taking vitamins, trying to eat healthy and exercise, taking folic acid (veggie!). Issue – DH has convinced himself that he will be unable to do his part. It’s been very tough.

Link to Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/titania8  I use a different name on FF then WB.

Random Question: If you could visit any country/city in the world, where would it be?

I would go back to Victoria BC. It was amazing there.

Poll question: I never did sports, I was more the arty type. My folks made me take piano for years (to this day I hate that thing. Oh I loathe the piano but I like music. I played/play several other instruments.) I also begged my folks to take diving lessons and enjoyed the heck out of that.

catwoman1701:  Hi! I think I know what you mean by DH has convinced himself that he will be unable to do his part. It’s been very tough. We were/are in a similar situation, and I agree it’s very hard. We are taking a “break” from TTC after 7 months of trying, and I am sure when we resume TTC, we are going to play it “cool” as this stresses me so much.

candy11:  How fun! How did you end up living in TX? I know you’re working on finishing your dissertation (right?)…is that what lead there?

KatiePi:  Yeah, I came to Texas to do my PhD. My DH, at that time my bf followed me. We have no family here. We came with nothing, he had no job, and I wasn’t sure if school was going to fund me or not. Pretty crazy!! We have come long ways.

KatiePi:  You’re so sweet to ask! It was great… super busy!! Scheduling is always a challenge and I’m trying to get all my IEPs in order and all the services for my kids worked out. But it actually feels really good to be back and in the swing of things. (Except that I already got a sinus infection… 3 days into school!?!) I think this year will fly by! As for you, I’m so flippin anxious for you. I keep thinking that this is great timing for you if you are KU, and if you’re not, you’ll still get to be in the July group with me! Fingers crossed for you!

FreckledFox:  haha, that’s awesome! I’m doing well. 27 weeks as of yesterday, so just starting the 3rd trimester. I’ve got gestational diabetes, which is no fun, but at least I only have to deal with it for the next 12 weeks or so. Ready for this house to be unpacked and baby boy to be here!

candy11:  Girl, me too! This pregnancy has flown by, probably because I held my breath so long until we knew everything was good at 20w. We are a little behind the game because of that (haven’t even ordered furniture yet!) but we’ll be ok. Thanks for thinking of us!

OldMrsMcDonald:  I’m so glad things are looking good. You’ll have your baby in your arms in no time. I think of you (and all pregnant charters) every time I open my FF list of friends, which is almost every day lol! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by.
