@MrsMcGyro:  I don’t know enough to really comment except that out of 85 days, the last 10 or so really are legitmately higher.  So I hope it’s a real O!

Ok ladies, I have no idea what is going on!  After posting about my saga above I went in to put in my temp.  I put in 97.6 first, no big deal.  Then just to see I put in the adjusted 98.1 and it gave me cross hairs.  Whoa!  And put me at 5 DPO – WHOA!!  So I changed it back and didn’t think anything.  Then I was going to see what my test date would be and instead of counting the days I put in a fake temp for tomorrow of 97.6 which is pretty usual for Post O for me.  It gave me crosshairs again and put me at 6 DPO!  Any idea what is going on?  In the year I’ve been charting I’ve never had this happen.

@septcabride:   Thanks!  That is a great idea!  No, I just chart (The OPKs made me crazier!) I will keep that in mind depending on what my temp is tomorrow.  It just seemed so crazy to me that I could O that early.  I don’t think that would be accurate at all.  I even tried changing the CM I had entered and it still gave them to me.  I’ll try the OPK if I need to.  Thanks!!

@septcabride:  I think I am dense because I am really not understanding your response to my post yesterday. Perhaps you could PM me and explain further? I would appreciate your insight! <3

@septcabride:  Yes, that all makes sense. And I love the graph! What I’m wondering is is it possible that my temperatures during the first half of my cycle could have been surprssed by the estrogen supplement I was on (since E keeps temps low), and then, when I removed the estrogen patch on CD14, the temps jumped back up in response to the lowered estrogen level, creating the illusion of ovulation instead of true ovulation. In addition, since 3 “DPO” I’ve been on progesterone supplements, which could be keeping my temps at this possibly false high instead of allowing them to jump around like they would be doing if I didn’t ovulate. Could the supplements alone (which coincide with the real hormones I SHOULD be experiencing) be mimicking an ovulatory cycle during one that is truly anovulatory?

My temp is down below the coverline today (8DPO) and I am spotting. I’m trying not to wonder too much about what that means. I just have this feeling that my progesterone test from yesterday is going to come back at less than 10, like my body tried to ovulate and didn’t do a very good job at it. ARG. This is the worst TWW ever! I’ve never charted a whole cycle before. Can you tell? πŸ˜›

Hm, so now I really am driving myself crazy. I wonder if I could have ovulated on Monday? It’s not the biggest spike in the world but it’s been consistent for two days and my EWCM got more and more abundant then decreased significantly on Tuesday! I put in a dummy temp of 97.5 for tomorrow and got CH for Monday…

Thoughts?

@ladyfingers:  It looks like a good spike to me!  And you had EWCM to go with it so that would make sense! For me my CM changes right away after O and it looks like yours might have too.  Good luck πŸ™‚

I’m hoping… I was even asking myself, are you misinterpreting your CM to match what’s “supposed” to happen? But… um… Monday’s was KINDA hard to miss. πŸ™‚

Mine is like that too as I get closer to O.  It’s nice because I’m the same way, it’s easy for me to see something when I want to.  Case in point, phantom symptoms during the TWW πŸ™‚

@ecomaha:  Oh tell me about it. I had phantom symptoms my entire first cycle off BC!
