What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? I need to lose some of the weight I put on since our wedding.  The 3 week all-you-can-eat honeymoon was killer and the holidays don’t really help matters.  I would like to be as healthy as possible before getting pregnant and then if I am lucky enough to get pregnant this year I hope I can continue to eat healthy options/stay fit for the most part.  I would also like to obsess less about this process.  Every cycle that goes by I get a little bit better I think so that’s good.  I want to enjoy the time my Darling Husband and I have together as just the two of us!  I used to be truly happy for friends and family who got pregnant before we started trying.  Now though, whenever I hear something about their kids or their pregnancies I’ll admit there is jealousy.  I would really like to reverse that too. πŸ™

Roll Call:

Cycles TTC:  1st officially, 5th since NTNTP

Ovulation Day: TBD, Maybe yesterday, maybe not.

POAS date: I’m hoping Christmas morning, but it’s starting to look like the 28th.

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? Ummm, maybe to try harder to seduce Darling Husband during my fertile window.

Roll Call:

Cycles TTC: 4th!

Ovulation Day: November 30th or December 1st. Unclear.

POAS date: December 20th methinks. Though I’m pretty sure I’m out of the running and just waiting for AF. My +OPK on the Digital Ovulation monitor confused the heck out of me and it seems very unlikely we hit any kind of fertile window.

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? Get back on the wagon in terms of my food plan. I’ve been feeling sorry for myself due to stress and back-to-back colds and it’s all gone askew. Also, would like to have a month of BD every other day in January after AF, if my Darling Husband feels up for it.

@StaceyA:  Thanks for starting the thread! XOXOX

Cycles TTC:  Waiting for my 4th to end so I can start my 5th.

Ovulation Day: No idea. MAYBE around New Years?

POAS date: Sometime in January hopefully.

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? I don’t even know….to try to be more positive, and to focus more on things outside of the TTC realm?

I got totally lost in the last thread, so I’ll start fresh here!

Roll Call:

Cycles TTC:  6th “official” cycle, 4th charting and having a clue what we’re doing

Ovulation Day: Last Sunday Dec 9, just got my CH on FF today!

CD/DPO: CD 18, 3 DPO

POAS date: Sunday Dec 23

Link to Chart:

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? Mine is to lose weight. I want to get back to what I was when I got pregnant with my son 4 years ago, so I have about 15 lbs to lose. I have lost 5 so far, and I’m just going to keep going until I get my BFP!

Roll call!!

Cycles TTC:  #1

Ovulation Day:  Not detected yet – I’m guessing next week sometime

POAS date:  December 29 – when AF is due

Link to Chart:

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year?  If this isn’t our cycle (which I have a feeling it won’t be – cycle #1 would be mighty lucky!!) then my TTC resolution will be to *try* not to obsess.

In other news, I caved and purchased a 90-day VIP FF membership.  Here’s to hoping I won’t need those 90 days!!

Cycles TTC: 4th

Ovulation Day: Soon – CD 11 or 12

POAS date: Dec 24ish

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? I need to get a hobby and stop thinking about TTC all the time.  It’s tough in the winter because all I want to do is hibernate on my couch in front of my laptop….which leads to TTC obsession.

Cycles TTC: N/A we’re charting to avoid πŸ™‚ but hoping to start TTC in the spring πŸ™‚

Ovulation Day: Last month it was CD 21. I think this month it will be sooner b/c I think it was delayed from the BCP homones. I can already see that my temps dropped quicker this cycle (after my period started)

POAS date: since we’re TTA… I guess once I reach 14-15DPO

Link to Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/Woodstockand my tcoyf chart:

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? Well no ‘TTC’ resolutions, but I’m hoping to figure my cycles once they regulate, eat healthier, get back in shape (even though I haven’t gained weight I haven’t exercised in SOOO long and I feel icky), finish paying off some bills, get a job, have my honeymoon, and get ready for making a baby πŸ™‚

Cycles TTC: This is the first!

Ovulation Day: Totally unsure! Between Dec 27-31 or Jan 1-5.

POAS date: Hmmm Jan 12th maybe. (That seems sooo far away!)

Link to Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/3b4907/

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? Does getting a positive on my first go around count? Nah, probably not. I resolve to not waste tests by testing too early! And to continue eating well and start going to the gym (I get time at work for this so I should!)

I feel like I used to see the Fertility Friend discount every time I opened my app. Now that we’re TTC I feel like it’s never going to pop up! I want to get the VIP!

Cycles TTC: None yet. This is the last cycle of TTA! We will start TTC after the New Year!!! (Can you tell I’m excited?)

Ovulation Day: Based on the last two cycles, I’m thinking 22nd or 23rd.

POAS date: Won’t do any good to POAS this cycle, but next cycle, if all goes well, I’m thinking January 31st.

Link to Chart: My Ovulation Chart  Not very good at charting… Got a new thermometer and it seems to work better (thanks for the help, ChuckNorris!), but I still can’t temp at consistent times and the drinking on the weekends does not help either…

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? I need to start working out again and eating healthier to get back to good habbits for the pregnancy. Also, I will attempt not to be (too) crazy TTC and try to make it fun and laid back, like hubby wants.

I’m soooo excited that we’re so close to TTC that I could not wait to join the charting board. I’ve been stalking following everyone on the TTC boards and getting excited for everyone on their BFPs and hoping the long-time TTCers get great news soon. For background, I was on BCP for 14 years and this is my 4th cycle off of it. I think my body is still trying to regulate, so this cycle I’m hoping that things are really back to normal and the B6 and prenatals have helped with the short LP and strange AF last cycle.

Cycles TTC:  This will be cycle #2, 3rd off BCPs

Ovulation Day: Around CD16 or 17 if things stay the same as the last 2 months.

CD/DPO: CD2. I hate AF πŸ™

POAS date: Jan 10. Going to try *so* hard to wait for a late AF bc I stress myself out way too much.

Link to Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/m/home.php/cowgirlace

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? PATIENCE! And to quit obsessing so much over every single thing. Going to change mindset to expect AF instead of BFP bc this last cycle I thought I HAD to be KU bc our BD timing was soooo good. Going to keep trying to time BDing well, but also going to pray a lot more and trust in God’s timing since this is completely out of my control. Also, my luteal phase is a little short, so hoping to get that lengthened with VitB complex and Vitex. I just got a new fancier thermometer, so I am excited to try that instead of my stupid old one that had about 4 favorite temperatures.

Hi all, I think I’ll be getting an uninvited visit from AF on Saturday, so I guess I’ll de-lurk and join back in.

Cycles TTC:  Umm, 12?? 15 months, anyway.

Ovulation Day: If my Naturo treatments keep working, then seems to be around CD18 or 19 at the moment. Prior to that anywhere from CD16-33

POAS date: BFN this morning πŸ™ Mostly tested because of some strange symptoms I knew would be on my mind all day, obviously nothing. I won’t test again unless AF doesn’t show over the weekend or temps suddenly rise. Feels unlikely right now.

What is/are your TTC “resolutions” for the New Year? To not have to TTC anymore!! Seriously, trying to find the balance between being negative, depressed and jealous of bfps, pregnancy and babies, and being too positive and hopeful which hurts when I get knocked down each cycle. I’ve been pretty good for the past three months, but it’s hard to keep up.

And – to not buy into symptom spotting or chart over-analysing, which I think can make BFNs all the more painful. Just being realistic and pragmatic (seeing as we are ‘scientific charters’!!) and assisting others to interpret charts.

@cowgirlace:  it looks like your LP *might* be lengthening on it’s own – looks like it was 10 days first month, and 11 second? I’d be wary about adding Vitex until you see a bit more of a pattern, as I’ve read that it can play havoc with a fairly regular cycle (in the Impatient Women’s Guide). Might be best to speak to a herbalist/naturo/whatever first?? I think VitB is pretty safe, but check the levels in your prenatal first, as you CAN overdose on B vitamins, which is dangerous for you and baby.

@hardtoconcentrate:  i know what you mean about winter – luckily we’re in summer here so I can get off the couch more easily πŸ™‚

@MrsPuddingface:  i’ve always thought of you as a positive little bee πŸ™‚ Your chart looks lovely, although I can see that you’ve been staring at some bfns, no fun. fingers remain crossed for you!

@ScottishMrs:  still no O?? come on, ovaries!

@MrsEagleEye:  temps are sky-rocketing, but the positive OPKs after the rise are a bit strange…? In terms of jealousy, I remind myself that other people’s pregnancy/babies don’t lessen my own chances – I still feel sad for me sometimes, but it lets me feel happy for them πŸ™‚

@StaceyA:  oh lady, you are running a MARATHON with that chart πŸ™ Not fun!

Welcome to the newbees, too, both TTC and TTA. Hopefully you find the board helpful, informative and, most importantly, supportive.
