@MrsPuddingface:  I definitely am learning a lot being here!  I have done a lot of lurking prior to TTC, and I also have read through Charting your way to Conception from FF, so I think I am doing well, but everyone here seems so nice and I definitely feel like I can ask questions!

It’s really hard for me to keep on top of this thread during the week.. but I just wanted to stop in and say happy HUMP day and baby and O dust to all!  I am thinking of taking it light on charting this cycle.. might just chart CM and spot check my temp to see if I’ve O’d or not.  We might be traveling during my fertile window and I just don’t want to stress about it!  But I’m undecided because I’m not convinced my cycle has evened out post-BCP.

@hardtoconcentrate:  I think putting down the therm will be a nice break for you too.  Like you said, you know you are ovulating and you have nice short, regular cycles.  I’ve also had a pelvic U/S and found it to be more comfortable than getting a pap.. although at first it was a little akward because I had no idea that it was done using “the wand”.. ha.

@MrsPuddingface:  Chelsea, REALLY?  That girl seems so sweet (naive as well? yes) and I wish she would just get over Adam who is a total @ss.

@chelles07:  So sorry about AF. πŸ™  Hope your next cycles give you a nice break from TTC brain.

@terisa2012:  I hear you about the travel part. I’m traveling right now and will be traveling again next week and for a week away from my DH in March. That combined with my lack of O has me a bit down in the dumps.

@MrsPuddingface:  Thanks for checking out my chart! Temp back up a bit this morning, so my cycle is all over the place, not looking very good. Your advice about making the dr appointment now is a good one in case this goes on for too long. We definitely got a lot of BDing in these last few weeks, but with all this travel coming up I can’t see how we’ll keep it up.

Sorry I’m a bit of a Debbie Downer today, just feeling a bit crap.

@chelles07:So sorry about your AF, I was really hoping it would be postivie news this cycle for you. FX you’ll get your BFP soon!!!

@FreckledFox:  You have no idea how creepy and awkward it was to be a teenager in a room full of over-40 women feeling each other up. Seriously. It scarred me. And….there were TWO of them watching you get the Shocker!?!? It just gets worse! I feel for you – that sounds really awful! Let’s hope your future visits are not as inappropriate, creepy or invasive! πŸ˜‰ I’m still laughing at you thinking you’d wet yourself though! haha

@Sunflowers13:  I’m glad you feel so comfortable. You can gain so much from the community here if you really embrace it!

@terisa2012:  Are you going anywhere nice for your traveling? And I KNOW….I actually love Chelsea, she’s my favorite. She’s a bit dumb and sheltered, but she’s sweet and I just want to protect her. But yeah….she should know better about the protection thing!

@legowife:  It’s OK to feel down, sometimes you just have to get it out of your system before you can move on. We all know the feeling, unfortunately. I found this picture a little while ago, I hope it helps a little. XOX

@MrsPuddingface:  Thanks! I want to cut all caffeine…I drink decaf everything now, but I’m going to start even cutting that in half. Typically I’ll just have 1 decaf chai or tea a day or every 2 days. Occasionally, I’ll have a decaf brewed coffee. Sugar is definitely something I can work on. I love me some chocolate lol. And softcups, I’ve seen some ladies here use them right? Lol I can see DH having the same reaction to them as yours! A hockey puck?! You’ve got to be kidding. Is it really awkward to do at first? I’d be afraid to mess something up. Holy moly.

@legowife:  sorry you are having a rough day hun. Is there anything coming up in the next couple weeks you can look forward to? Parties, family gatherings, something special with DH? If there is nothing on the calendar maybe circle a night and plan something fun for a date night? πŸ™‚ I find little things like that always pick me up. Internetty hugs regardless. XO

@StaceyA:  Love that quote, it’s really beautiful. Might have to put that on my iPad. Thanks for the sympathy, I know it’s not a big deal, especially compared to what others go through. It’s just a combination of stress, tiredness and being away from home at the moment that made the lack of O get me down in the dumps. You are right about having something to look forward to. We have just booked a romantic weekend in a hotel for the end of March, so I just need to focus on that!

@MrsCarnival:  On a funny note, my dad blames his farts on being mice and pretends like there are mice that make that noise and stamps his foot like he is killing a mouse for further effect! I think I’ll always call farts ‘mice’ as a result πŸ™‚

@legowife:  I needed a little pick me up yesterday and found that quote and loved it… it’s on my phone and my facebook now πŸ˜‰ It’s so true though, isn’t it?

I think your March weekend away sounds amazing! It’s so not that far away, maybe start a countdown, look at things that you two could do while you’re there etc. It sounds like a perfect way to take a breather away from everything. πŸ™‚ XOXO

Hi! Just checking in since I haven’t been on the past day or so.  Not much going on with me.  Just hanging out at CD46 and hoping my temps stay up and that I O’d yesterday on CD45.  Gonna try and catch up now!

@MrsCarnival: love the poop story.  haha.  good for you for waiting 8 years.  luckily for me DH has known that I’m a pooter and a farter since we started dating some 11 years ago.  I just told him that my bees were talking about how they don’t poopy or fart in from of their hubbies and he laughed and said, well we don’t have that problem.

    And birthcheckers — that’s a classic πŸ™‚
