@NewfieBullet:  not to be the meanie figure here but i’d keep the 36.41!  first temp no matter what is what you should go with! if you pick and choose you might not get a clear pattern. try not to make your chart pretty on purpose  πŸ™‚

@Utopia4us:  I didn’t think it looked that odd either! But I’m realizing I may have had an artificial temp spike from drinking (darn margaritas) just before O, combined with the travel and being exhausted from family time, to mess with FF this cycle. Oh well, nothing to do but wait – at least it’s nice and busy at work so I have lots of distractions!

@NewfieBullet:  Did your mouth feel cold when you took your 1st temp? I usually do that but keep the 1st temp.

@hoogirl05:  I have a false temp spike from drinking right before O too. Also my temps are sooo strangely low this  cycle, not sure what’s up with that. I really try hard to look at the whole pattern and not obessess over individual temps. There is definitely a small temp shift there and that’s what matters!

@hoogirl05:  Lets hope! Was the day you were drinking the highest pre-o temp on CD 7? If so I would try entering that you were drinking on the specifics and see if that gives you proper CHs. If you enter that it will probably update that that temp is potentially in-accurate.

SO guys, would you mind looking at my chart. I have no idea whats going on. In in 8+ months of good charting I’ve never had my temp not rise dramatically after O.  I’m almost wondering if I need a new battery in my thermometer? I don’t knowwwww. ANNOYING!

On another note, DH’s SA came back totally normal, actually in the nurses words  his count was “high”.  She did say his motility was bordering on low but with such high numbers it didn’t matter. He is all proud and won’t stop bragging. Eyeroll. πŸ˜‰ Relieved but now stressed because what if its me. UGH.

@Utopia4us:  I took away the second opk in the am on CD 16 and it gave me CH! The same thing happened last month, I think because I have a Friday night LH surge (so far) FF does not appreciate the 2 in a row? I gave her what she was looking for finally I guess!

@MrsRugbee:  OMG! Congrats πŸ™‚ Sticky baby wishes!

lovemygsp: Yes,  I read somewhere that if you are getting low temps and have had the thermometer for about a year, definitely think of changing the batteries. I am thinking of doing that as well. I will probably start with the new batteries my next cycle.

I am a bit confused about my CH that just appeared today.  I got a postive OPK (my first ever!) on Monday right before I went to bed, and now FF is saying that Monday is the day O’d.  If I hadn’t tested 4 times that day trying to get a postive, I would say that I caught the end of my surge, but I am not thinking I did.  The other thing that concerns me is that the temp I have the day that FF marked O is off because a storm woke me up and turned our electricity off, so I took it about an hour before normal.  I walked around when the storm started to close the doors and then went back to bed for about 45 minutes.  When I took it when I woke up, it was almost a degree higher, so now I am trying to figure out when I O’d. I was orginally thinking that it happened on day 16 or 17, but when I play around with my chart and add my normal post O temps, the CH don’t change.  Hmmm….

@onyx81:  Last month FF labeled the day I got a +OPK with with crosshairs too even though my temp didn’t rise until 2 days later. I think its acting wonky. πŸ™ I’d say go with your gut. HEY! if FF is right but you say it was 1-2 days then testing doesn’t seem to be so far away. (or thats what I told myself at least. πŸ˜‰ )
