Yep! I'd love a baby boy first!

Squeeeeel! Have you ever seen baby girls clothes?!

I'm truly on the fence. Any tiny human will do!

@IAmTheShadow:  definitely not. And he’s been pushing the no drinking thing from the beginning, which I get DH owns a bar and drank a  LOT (not drunk all the time, but always sipping on something… it added up) but to even for a second imply that just not drinking would sort the situation out, yea he kind of lost any confidence I had in him. Undecided

Thanks, ladies!  I appreciate the advice and insight.  I didn’t intend to start charting mid-cycle. I thought AF was due any day, so I thought I was starting right before the beginning of a new cycle.  I ended up waiting an additional 2+ weeks for AF.  🙁  But now I’ve got a better idea of what charting is and how to do it, so hopefully this cycle is more clear (and shorter).  🙂

Between Christmas and New Years I had off of work and was staying up way too late to take my temp at my normal time (5 am).  Now here I am back at work – and FF is giving me open circles even when I temp at my default time.  Does FF move your default time automatically?

@MrsBaldEagle:  If you go to where you enter data, there should be a button next to where you input the time that says “Set Default.”  I only see this when I log into the site on a computer.  It doesn’t appear on my iPhone app (or at least I can’t find it).

@MrsBaldEagle:  I believe it will give open circles if it’s off from when you started taking your temp that cycle (or the average wake up time).  I tried to set my default to 7:30, since I wake up at 7 on work days and I sleep in until 8 other days… It didn’t work.

@MrsBaldEagle:  I also get open circles any time I check off the “sleep deprived” box! I was definitely sleep deprived NYE/NYD (same thing — out until 3:30 AM) and got open circles both of those days… one of which was most definitely O Day. So annoying!

@MrsBaldEagle:  I don’t know if you can change your default waking time mid-cycle… it would have to go back and make all the other circles open. I know “sleep deprived” makes them open! I don’t know if Sickness would as well. If your pattern looks okay (which it’s not TOO rocky) I would ignore it. Or when you wake up earlier and don’t want to adjust, just dont change the time. Keep the default? If i temp adjust, I still keep my 6am in data since its technically “6 am” temperature.

@mrspitcher8:  Thanks! I guess there is nothing I can really do about the open circles now.  I tried to change my usual default time of 5 am to later but it didnt help.

@FreckledFox:  It is pretty rocky alot of my temps were 98.0 and then went back down…hopefully I will still see a clear temp shift after I O!

Thanks bees – for your insight!

@Mrs.LemonDrop:  I like your phrase “seeing the forrest through the trees.!  Definatley something to keep in mind.  It’s funny, I know that and have read that everywhere…”try to see the overall pattern, don’t focus on 1 temperature”… but when its your chart and your analyzing everything it’s so hard not too!  Thanks for the reminder 🙂

@FreckledFox:  Yeah better not to screw them like I did. Oh well!! Next cycle all I am taking are my prenatals. I don’t want to mess up my body any more.

@aliciapdx: Javi is so adorable. Congrats!
