MrsAlice:  I would peg your O-date at CD14 – your temp will spike the day after ovulation, and O happens 12-24 hours after a positive OPK, so that’s right in line with your temps. Oh, and OMG on the sneak-episiotomy!  I’d kill them (that’s going to be one of my first questions when I meet with midwives – I’m super against getting an episiotomy).

candy11:  Yay for potential 2015 babies!  That’s what we’re aiming for, too 🙂 If we’re successful our first month trying, I’ll be due in April 2015.

SadieBee:  I do like March as a due month! It seems that if all goes well, you, FreckledFox and I might be due around the same time 🙂

FreckledFox:  My temperatures tend to change with time, lower earlier in the morning and higher later in the morning.

candy11:  I wake up at 5:40am here, but I would like to wake up way later during my vacation hehehe

MrsAlice:  It looks like CD14 to me; you should get your crosshairs tomorrow. Great BD timing!

Turtle83:  The same happens to me. If I wake up earlier they would be lower than if I woke up later. It’s always like that, so I must take my temp at the same time or else, my pattern is not accurate. Could you find a nice time to take your temps everyday? At least they would be comparable during that period. Hopefully you can still continue the pattern after you come back.

FreckledFox:  Thanks. I wasn’t ready to make it official, except on my charts. I’ve been getting BFP’s since 11 DPO but got a blood test on 11DPO where my hcg was 4. Now I’m 14DPO and my lines are getting faintly darker so I’m calling it!!

By the way, ladies, I’ve got a question. I’m double charting on FF and with the TCOYF software. Usually they’re giving me the same O date, but this time tcoyf thinks I ovulated CD17. What do you think?

Franette:  Sorry if i outed you! I think that CD17 is also a possibility, but TCOYF is probably factoring in that small bit of EWCM you had. Your cervix says CD14 to me! If you remove that EW, does it move your O date?

Turtle83:  I know that O date is obviously important, but so is enjoying your vacation. This might seem extreme… but what you don’t temp? And just watch for your peak day? (last day before your Fertile CM dries up according to TCOYF). I think you deserve a nice relaxing vacation. BUT if you think not temping would make you more crazy, then maybe just temp whenever you wake up and use the corrector!

candy11:  I looked ahead at my due date if we succeed in August and it’s the same due date as my pregnant friend has right now! May 18th!  Haha

I played around with my chart and if I move my O date to CD23 (the first day of a negative OPK), I also have to raise my coverline. If my temps are accurate (and they might not be, I have so many open circles and this morning I temped an hour and a half earlier than I should have because I am an insomniac), the my dip today really is close to coverline.

I don’t know. I don’t particularly feel like I’m getting my period, I don’t usually spot this long before (a little spotting yesterday afternoon would usually mean a full-blown period today), and I have never had issues with low progesterone or breakthrough bleeding. But my BFN was a BFN and my temps are nose-diving. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m 99.9% sure I’m not pregnant, but this isn’t very encouraging.

I wish I’d never tested.

daybyday:  I was looking at your chart.. usually Implantation dips are one temp down and then next day it’s up… so I don’t think this is an ID, BUT I also don’t think you are out yet!!  I’m sorry, I wish I could tell you either way!

FreckledFox:  Yeah, it does. If I remove it, it recognize the same O day and puts in a much more logical coverline. Thanks. And don’t worry, I was already almost out in the march poas thread!

FreckledFox:  See, I’m wondering though if TODAY is my ID? Yesterday’s temp was lower than the previous day but very close to five of my other post-O temps. I don’t know. I just wish AF would either show up or my temps would go back up. I don’t feel like testing again and having my dreams shattered.

candy11:  I’m going to try to temp around 8am (Miami time) so it should be close to my regular Seattle wake-up time 5:40am. I’m always jet lagged for 2 days, so by the time my body adjusts to Miami, it’d be time to go back to Seattle and then start again

FreckledFox:  I just started getting fertile CM 2 cycles ago, and it’s barely any, so I feel like I can’t rely on it. I’m not taking vitamin D this cycle since I will be getting sunlight in Miami hehehe so maybe I’ll ovulate later than CD12 so it’d give me plenty of days to temp when I get back to Seattle before ovulation
