    CD/DPO:  CD9

    Cycles TTC/Charting:  1st TTC!!/5 Charting

Age: Both turning 30 next month!

POAS/AF Date:  O around December 1st, and I’ll probably POAS 12 DPO on Dec 13th before my birthday party so I can see whether I can have a few drinks or not.

BFP Plan and/or Known Issues: Taking prenatals, reduced caffine, try to BD EOD this week

    Link to Charthttp://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/51d13c/

Random Question:  How would you dress your future kids for the holidays? (frilly dresses, a tiny suit, sparkly shoes, bow ties?) Girl: Probably cute tights and a sparkly sweater. Boy: Definitely Christmas coloured plaid button up with some jeans and sneakers.

Poll: I love decorating the tree, but I tend to do that by myself so I also like general Christmas parties and opening gifts because everyone is there to share in the merriment!

<br />AFM – This is officially our first TTC cycle!! I cannot believe this week is finally here after waiting months! I’m sure I will be second-guessing every symptom waiting for O this week. Like I feel like I already have EWCM when I know I don’t normally get fertile fluid until the few days before O. Maybe to TMI, but we DTD on Sunday morning and I noticed on Sunday night and this morning that my cervix was softer and maybe I had EWCM. I know that semen can soften the cervix to induce labour, so can it also soften the cervix prior to ovulation? I also don’t know if I can tell the difference between semen and fertile CF! lol

Also trying to figure out the best BD days is tough too! I’d like to just keep it relaxed and BD whenever the mood strikes us, but we are typically weekend BDers and I want to make sure we get a few more times before O. So we do have to schedule it a bit, but hopefully that doesn’t take too much of the romance out of it!

FreckledFox:  That’s true, although I like him knowing that we are at least in the optimal week so he can’t claim he’s tired and shoot me down, lol. I also don’t like that it’s totally on me to seduce him, lol seems like to much work. Haha but I’ll definitely think of some fun ideas for our more “planned” BD times.

Thanks, I think I’ll make a note too in FF. That’s good to know. Hoping I get the hang of it soon, too!

    CD/DPO: CD18 – still waiting for O.

    Cycles TTC/Charting: 3 for both

    Age: 25, DH is 29

POAS/AF Date: AF is expected around Dec. 14-16.  I do the 12 Days of Christmas for DH, so I’ll probably cave and test on Dec. 13, cause that would make a pretty fantastic 1st day gift!  And then we can tell parents and siblings at Christmas.

BFP Plan and/or Known Issues: BFP Plan: Prenatals, working out, eating healthy, BD as often as possible (work can make it a little difficult to do EOD, but that’s the goal for this month!) and trying to just relax about it all. Known Issues: endometriosis, PCOS, only one ovary, LONG cycles (avg. 37 days.  On the plus side, my LP always seems to be exactly 12 days!).

Random Question:  How would you dress your future kids for the holidays? (frilly dresses, a tiny suit, sparkly shoes, bow ties?)

For a girl, I have some Christmas dresses (little cordoroy jumpers, etc) that I wore for my first Christmas.  My grandma held onto them for me and I would love to see them on my daughter.  My youngest sister also wore them, so we could have pictures of all of us.  For a little boy, I love the flannel shirts and the baby jeans.  SO cute. πŸ™‚

For the poll – I love all of them!  It’s hard to choose a favorite.  I love the whole holiday season.

FreckledFox:  Thanks for the new thread πŸ™‚ And good luck with the TWW!

LuckyinLove17:  Welcome and good luck!  DH struggled with “scheduling” BD too, but now he’s excited about it and wants to know when FW is so that we can make sure to make work a little lighter and get as many chances as we can.  Try some new lingerie maybe?  It’ll make it a little different and fun.
