  • poll: What is the first thing you do when you get home?

I throw my stuff on the floor and look for my pets. I love my furbabies.

I gently put my stuff on the couch/sofa/table and look for my pets.

I look for my pets then my DH/SO.

I look for DH/SO and give him a huge kiss and hug. Love him so much!

I sit down drink some coffee/tea then I call my DH/SO.

I throw my stuff in the floor and lay on the bed or whatever I find first. I'm too tired.

I check the answering machine then grab a drink.

I sit down and watch TV. Chillax!

I go straight to the fridge then I sit down. I'm starving!

It’s showing up on a FRER now enough to take a picture! It was barely there yesterday. I am definitely a big proponent of testing early now! You never know!

@Turtle83:  I’m so so sorry for your loss. I can’t even imagine what you’re going through. I really hope you get some answers soon.

AFM my temp spiked this morning so I do believe I Ovulated yesterday and last night I had the feeling I was and kept bugging DH to BD but he said he was all out of juices and couldn’t. But really it’s because he was sick and achey all over. I hope we didn’t miss out, we did BD 2 days prior to O so I hope that helps.. I already told him today to get ready for another session in the sack tonight and he agreed.. lol how romantic we’ve become..

@Tomato22:  Yay!  Did you originally test positive at 8 DPO?

@arielmerms:  Yes, I tested clearly positive at 8 dpo on an OSOM which is supposed to be the most sensitve tests out there. I got a suuuuuper squinter yesterday on a FRER and even this morning with FMU. This is my first for sure positive on a FRER. But I also think I implanted pretty early. I had spotting at 4 dpo, so I’m thinking that was implantation bleeding.

Ah… I was away for a few days. You girls are chatty! I am currently getting blinking smiley faces, so we have started BD once a day! But last cycle I got 5 days of blinking, so I am not getting too obsessive yet.

@octoberbaby:  I want to squeeze that puppy!!!! Lok at those eyes.

@OldMrsMcDonald:  I am like you. I am crafty but get bored and give up easily. I am also a perfectionist so if it doesnt come easy to me. I dont want to make a bunch of ugly things while I get better. And my DH is the chef, so I cant even cook things.

@Tomato22:  Ahhh yay! Thread starter baby dust this round! (You did start a thread this cycle, right?) I’m hoping for the same thing.

Soooo I decided to POAS this evening after a long hold. I *think* it might have been an actual squinter this time. If it was, would I get an obvious line if i snuck out tomorrow morning and bought a FRER? Im now tempted if I don’t get the regular 13 dpo drop I usually see. Trying to not get too excited though!

@Tomato22:  haha, I told DH about the superstition too when I started one and he thought I was insane, haha. I thought about posting a photo, but I’d have to be really sly because I don’t want to let DH find out and then be wrong… I’ll see what I can do but I can definitely post the FMU one because hell still be sleeping.

@Christy42213:  Ugh, that stinks about not ovulating!  How long has it been since you’ve been off BCP?

@OldMrsMcDonald:  I think if it were me, I would NTNP.  That way it could happen, but you’re also not putting too much pressure on yourselves.  And if not, you have another month to get emotionally/physically prepared before really trying…

    Roll Call!

    TTC/TTA: TTC

    CD/DPO: CD 17

Cycles TTC/Charting: Off the pill since March…but didn’t actively try until August. I’m in my 5th cycle charting. I had a chemical in October and another last cycle. ๐Ÿ™ Hoping it’s just been bad luck!

    Temping method (orally/vaginally/other): Orally

Temping time (Ex. 6:00 am): 5:15 am

    Age: 30

POAS/AF Date: Wellll…after seeing my provider on Tuesday, she said NOT TO TEST until CD 20. Wooooooow. Since I’m not sure when I’ll ovulate, I’m not sure when I’ll test, but probably around the end of February.

BFP Plan and/or Known Issues: Good timing, opks, preseed, fertile CM, b6, prenatals, evening primrose oil, progesterone cream after ovulation…thinking about baby asprin.

I got blood drawn on Tuesday and got a phone call TODAY (!) saying that there was nothing abnormal in the bloodwork. Since they only called, I don’t have a copy of the results yet, but I’m interested to see what all was tested. I know progesterone wasn’t because I was pre-Ovulation. Weirdly, I was kind of upset that there wasn’t anything wrong. I kind of feel like that means the chemicals are a mystery. ๐Ÿ™
