@FreckledFox: An
Elderflower Hard Cider? Wow I’d love one of those.. I LOVE Elderflower liquor, have you tried one called St-Germain? Again (like the pickles) we don’t have it in my province but when I go to Ontario I pick some up, it is AAAAAMAZING, it’s 9am and I want a cocktail lol oops.. Ok so I loved the Dyson, it was really really great but again it was it’s first time being used so we’ll see as time goes along. My dog was petrified of it so I couldn’t really use the groomer on him but maybe another time!
@NonannaS: Really sorry about AF π Let’s make next cycle ours!

@FreckledFox: Well I got my CH today and I’m at 3 DPO, hmmm I may test next Saturday at 11 DPO π
@SadieBee: Happy belated birthday! It sounds like you had an awesome day π
@candy11: Your chart looks great! When are you testing?
@NonannaS: B-Complex worked for me, my first month charting my LP was 8 days, and after I started taking B-complex my LP has been over 10 days.

@NonannaS: Both my OB and RE told me that “usually” women that have low progesterone have very light periods, 1-2 days and/or they have spotting/light bleeding mid cycle.

Update (also posted to post pill amenorrhea post): My blood test revealed lower then normal estrogen but no sign of PCOS. My ultrasound is Feb 24th followed by a visit to a gyno specializing in fertility.
Any other bees have low estrogen? Any tips? I have read about drinking soy milk as a natural alternative.

I’m. so. annoyed. Day 32. No positive OPK yet. Grrrrr…
I’m noticing that every other cycle is a later ovualtion. For example: Cycle #1–Day 40, Cycle #2–Day 24, Cycle #3–Day 32, Cycle #4–Day 20, Cycle #5–Day 32 OR MORE.
I just want to ovulate, please. I’ve have EWCM or Watery CM every day for weeks. I’m not worried since I’m seeing a predictable pattern, I’m just impatient. Argh.

@octoberbaby: I LOVE St Germain! My DH saw this Cider while on vacation and he knows I like Elderflower, so he picked it up for me. I’ve been drinking this 6 pack since August last year… verrrryyyy slowly…. to make them last. That was my Last one! π It was Angry Orchard brand. Try it! π Also… aww poor puppy!! We bought that attachment from the info-mercials for pet grooming and nail trimming and my dog hid for days!! I’m glad you like your new vacuum!
@Turtle83: What you just said about progesterone vs. short periods throws my worries out the window. I have super heavy long periods. Sigh. π I guess that’s a good thing afterall. And yay CHs!!! π You can wait til 11DPO! You’re stronger than I am!
@MrsJM: I’m sorry about your results. I’ve actually never met or talked to anyone with low estrogen. Well, I have a friend who had a hysterectomy and had to take estrogen supplements is all. Is that something you can do?
@wyoteacher: I’m sorry, I don’t recall your info… have you ever talked to your Dr. about this? Late ovulation isn’t totally unusual.. My latest ovulation was CD28, but I’ve seen Bees ovulate on day 100 or more. That’s not normal. :/ I hope you O soon!!!

@FreckledFox: I just looked it up and again we don’t have it here.. did you try st-germain with hendrick’s gin and tonic with a cucumber… it taste like heaven. Honestly at one point I was putting St-Germain in all my drinks! I especially like it because it’s my last name lol

Happy Valentines Day, charters!
8DPO here… really working hard to not test until at least Monday. I don’t think my chart looks particularly promising in relation to my July chart when we conceived, but who knows.
We are moving tomorrow and I’ll have limited internet access through the weekend (our home internet won’t be installed until 2/22), so I hope you all have a fab Valentines Day and weekend!

@octoberbaby: Aww that sucks!! I wonder if I could mail it ot you. Illegal? Hehe. We have Hendricks Gin, but I’ve never tried it. I mostly would do St Germain with gingerale and blackberry liquer (or peach schnapps) haha. I like fruity drinks sometimes. I’ll have to try that! Do you muddle the cucumber? Squeeze? or just drop it in?
@Turtle83: Sigh, the only positive I guess! I did notice that this was the first month in a long time that I’ve had tender breasts. So I think the sensitivity of those is a good indication of how long/bad my periods will be (this is the worst one with bleeding and crmaping in months). Less PMS= better periods? I thought it was getting better because I’m getting older… but nope! Just getting older. π
@OldMrsMcDonald: Happy V-Day! I did hear something about how all YOUR pregnant charts will look the same, but I do think thats a myth! I can’t wait to hear your update! Yay for moving day!!

@FreckledFox: I have to wait to see what the fertility doctor says. I assume my next step will be some sort of medication to start AF. The good news is that my estrogen is lower then my doctor would like but not way too low.

@FreckledFox: Honestly it was my Brother-In-Law who made the drink for me, I think he just dropped it in.
On another note, I’m having a really rough day.. On to cycle 7 and it doesn’t get easier. People keep on saying “stop putting so much pressure on your body” but the longer it takes the more pressure I feel. I feel like being in bed today and crying and then sleeping. Ugh.

@MrsJM: I’m glad your Dr is advising you what to do. It’s great to have someone in your corner!
@octoberbaby: That’s kind of impossible to do “relax”, “chill out”, “calm down”.. yeah right. Just remember that it’s okay to feel that way. It’s completely okay to want to cry, scream and curl into a ball all day. As long as you realize that you DO get another chance and then you pick yourself (and thermometer) back up. π Today, and right now, it’s okay to feel that way.
