@Swizzle:  I am so glad you posted that, I meant to ask you a question and I forgot. I had read that B6 can help extend it, but then I hear everyone talking about B complex… is that just B6 and B12. And do you take that on top of the B vitamins that are in your multi vitamin.

If I could back in time, I would have started charting BEFORE I started TTC. I have had 2 cycles. The first I never really figured out when I O’d. It could have been with a 15 day LP… or more likely a 12 day LP with spotting starting on day 9. This cycle it was only 7 days. Way too short. But I rarely have cycles this short so I dont know if it waas just a funky one.

From what I have read…. B6 can legnthen in, Macat root can regulate estrogen which in turn regulates prgesterone, Vitex can legnthen in and so can progesterone cream (probably wouldnt take that last one without talking to a doctor). Since i cant really see a doctor for two months… I dont really know what to take.

They are all natural so I am not too worried about it. But last cycle, I took evening primrose and of course wonder if that is why my cycle went from 35 days to 28.

Sorry, this is long πŸ™‚ And you didn really ask lol….

@octoberbaby:  Oh wow. I totally get you on the stress especially relating to certain people. I’m glad that you guys have decided together to have you just have one job. It always feel great to talk it out and be on the same page. Hopefully that transition goes smoothly!!

@NonannaS:  Thanks, what’s weird is that my mom has said a few times over that she is too young to be a grandma. She was talking about her age the other day (oddly enough she knew about my sister at that point and I didn’t) and was doing weird calculations in her head. I told her that she’s still young (she’s 57 this year), and she just smiled. I love having siblings, but OH MY GOODNESS, they can stress you out bad. I’m sorry that your mom is putting the pressure on you!

I hope you enjoy that trip! That house you posted here a while ago was gorgeous!! Hope you find something good and that you come back pregnant.  πŸ˜‰

@NonannaS:  I was really worried about your DH, I kept refreshing to find out any updates; I’m glad he was fine. I’m so jealous of your vacation!

@candy11:  You’re not out until AF shows! You could have implanted late. I still have my FX for you!

@octoberbaby: Your coworker sounds really annoying! Great that you will soon quit that job, and have less stress in your life πŸ™‚

The house is still available… I am just hoping it stays on the market. My Father-In-Law looked at it and loved it. But there are some parts of the city that are safer than others, so we really want to check out the neighborhood first. Plus for South Africa… it is really expensive. When we do the math from US dollar to rand it is only about 300…. what we were looking at paying in the states. But in South Africa, it is equivilant to a 3 million dollar home, which most people cant afford…. so it stays on the market. I want it SO BAD.

@NonannaS:  Thank you! You have really exciting things coming up! Moving to South Africa, I think you mentioned your DH is from there? Have you ever been?

@FreckledFox:  Thank you, I’m a little nervous about telling her because she is very much like a child at 47 years old (she tends to overreact and exaggerate EVERYTHING) DH hates her and cannot wait for her to be out of our lives so I’m definitely looking forward to that. It’s too bad, I really liked real estate but it’s just not what it used to be.. money wise anyway. Also, although I’m 27 ppl think I’m 18 and just out of high school so they have little respect for me and my knowledge. I’m just so over it.

@Turtle83:  Thank you, yes for sure I can’t wait. Also, I don’t think full time plus working nights and weekends is especially the way to go the way I picture raising my child anyway. She had nannies raising her children but that is unacceptable to me.

@NonannaS:  haha no i am happy to help. I’m really glad i started charting because my cycles were 25days with O on CD16. Not good.  And i did ALL the research you have done because i wanted to correct it before TTC.

I can tell you B complex is B6 and B12 combined. I have one that also includes Folic Acid. I also take Omega 3 because i heard that can help and my prenatal. The 2 cycles i took my vitamin B’s i went from 25 to 28/30 day cycles. So that just shows you the power of vitamins!!

I also have heard vitex is really great too.

Temp drop and another BFN this morning.  Starting to feel a little crampy.  Wah wah.  I’m not really disappointed since we didn’t try very hard this month, so that’s good!  I’ve been so busy with moving that I haven’t had a lot of time to stress out, either.  Not out until AF shows, but she usually comes 13DPO, which is tomorrow.

Our move is *pretty much* done, but not completely.  I swear, all the crap you own just mutliplies when it’s time to move!  To be fair, it’s the first time we’ve moved in 5 years, so there’s a LOT.  We have more clothes than any 2 people should!  I am thoroughly enjoying the new place, though… we went from around a 700sqft 1bed/1ba condo to a 2 story 2000sqft 3 bed/2.5ba condo.  We used our tax return to upgrade ourselves and bought our first king sized bed (BEST THING EVER), washer/dryer (no more quarters!) and a new sectional sofa.  I feel like a real adult now!

Anyway, I am out of town tonight and tomorrow for work, so I won’t get much done again at home until Thursday night.  We’re going out of town Saturday for my birthday, and then Sunday and Monday, my sister will be in town.  Crazy busy week!

@NonannaS:  I’m an only child as well and I know my mom can’t wait til I have a baby. She’s a runner so she already said she was going to get one of those running strollers. And she said she would watch the baby on her days off when I’m working which would be a huge help. Now I just have to get pregnant. LOL

Also before I order these Wondfos on Amazon, do I need plastic cups or something to pee in? And then do I dip the stick in that? Also, they have a combo pack with the pregnancy tests or are the pregnancy ones not that accurate?

@NonannaS:  I hope it stays on the market and if its overpriced, maybe you can get a better deal??

@OldMrsMcDonald:  Wow glad the move is going well, and yay for a new bed! We treated ourselves to a fancy queen bed. πŸ™‚ Mmm best thing ever. I’m sorry about the temp drop and BFN. I have my FX still!

@MiJeS1104:  You could get tiny little dixie cups from the store if your aim is bad. I just pee directly on them haha, or I open the package completely down the side and I use it as a cup (picture the shape of a boat), if that makes sense. πŸ™‚

@MiJeS1104:  Mine came with cups last time I ordered.  The first time, I bought tiny bathroom cups at the dollar store.  I’m not skilled enough to pee on them or pee into the bag like

Oh god. The ol’ keep-a-Dixie-cup-in-your-purse-or-desk routine. I forget how much fun that is! LOL.
