Roll Call!!

TTC or TTA:

Current Cycle Day: 15

Ovulation Date: not sure

POAS date/AF due date: not sure – this is my second cycle off of BCP so not sure how long this cycle will be – last cycle was 45 days

Cycles trying: 2

Cycles charting: 1st consistent month

Age (if you want to share): 27

BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc): BD during FW, prenatals, EPO

Link to Chart: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/katie395

For fun!

Share you biggest/best DIY project (baby, wedding, home, cooking) to  date: ugh I wish I had some fantastic picture to put here but I really don’t…I am not a DIY-er. I love looking at all of the creative things other people make and I just always buy them rather than attempt to make it myself. Lame I know…

@FreckledFox:  I tried the OPK too but my doctor advised against it. I know, initially IK was like “why???”. He said, well, if you don’t get anxious when you use the kit, then go for it, but if you get anxious your anxiety alone could cause your ovulation to be delayed (again imapct of stress). Because I was seeing myself getting anxious for an O date I thought it best to avoid.. I think I may just reduce my temp frequency..

@proudcatlady:  I get crazy but I have never O-ed BEFORE a + OPK, so its helps me to narrow down my O window.  ๐Ÿ™‚ I usually POA-OPK starting CD15 since I’m a late ovulator.  It helps to pass the time until O!

I added several of you on FF.  I love chart stalking even though I cannot seem to keep up with these threads.

@FreckledFox:  I have a crush on your wedding.  All of your diy are awesome.

For me…

TTC or TTA: TTA until August

Current Cycle Day: 22

Ovulation Date: at first FF said CD14 then it changed to CD 16.  I personally think it was late on the CD14 or early CD15.  But really I’m such a newb I don’t know.  FF could be right. ๐Ÿ™‚

POAS date/AF due date: FF says July 17th

Cycles trying: not trying yet

Cycles charting: 2nd

Age (if you want to share): 33 and DH 35

BFP Plan (BD timing, supplements, etc): just trying to figure it all out first.

 For fun!

Share you biggest/best DIY project (baby, wedding, home, cooking) to  date: My wedding would be my biggest.  I had alot of diy.  I’ve also done random stuff around the house like a couple of wreaths.  I also refinished our dining room table.  Not exactly super amazing but it’s a nice upgrade to a $35 Craigslist find. ๐Ÿ™‚

@katie395:  that’s a negative OPk. Needs to be as dark or darker than the control line to be positive. Maybe test later tonight and see what it looks like. A lot of people on here test twice a day to make sure they don’t miss their surge.

FF is just making guesses. It bases its data off of the information it has And averages of people. Since you haven’t been charting for very long, it doesn’t have a lot to work with. As you add more data each month, it gets more accurate. Any time you have wet CM or EWCM it marks your calendar as being a fertile day even though you may not O for A while.

I generally get lots and lots of wet CM and this days where FF says I’m fertile, yet I won’t O until days later.

@katie395:  Not positive yet but it probably will be in a few days!

@MrsR4ever:  From the front it does. The back was a mess though which was fortunately hidden in my hair! Also the clip that I glue gunned onto the back fell off when we were getting ready so I had to also stitch that back on. Did not look nice but it worked! I have my fingers crossed for you so hard! I hope this cycle is it for you, or that at least you get some more answers to get you closer!

@proudcatlady:  That sucks that the time makes such a huge difference for you. If temping is stressing you out that much though it seems like OPKs couldn’t help but be better? at least you wouldn’t be losing sleep!

@Glasgowbound:  … it’s probably a negative OPK for now as they say for OPK the line needs to be as dark as the control line. FF will keep trying to guess your fertile day/O until it actually catches a temp rise – it kept guessing mine for the next 7 days! Hang in there – FX O will come soon!!

@Utopia4us:  Well, I still think you did a great job on it.  Thank you, girlie.  I am hoping this cycle just hits us all with BFPs.  I think we waited long enough, right?
