Right, so the weirdest thing – FF changed my O date for this month! I’m on CD 24 – yesterday, CD23, FF gave me CH & ‘announed’ O was CD19. Today – due to more dta, O was actually CD21.

Does this happen often? We aren’t TTC yet, but when we do, this month we probably would have missed it completely – do you just BD everyday for 5 days around O just in case?

This is going to be tiring….

@Nic01:  Yeah, it can happen.  I’ve had FF shift dates on me based on new data.  I think my approach is going to be at least every other day (or every day if we can!) whenever I have fertile CM.  For me, I think that’s plenty of warning, because I end up having about a week where I have at least SOME EWCM (even if most of what I notice is creamy, I mark EW, since that’s the most fertile observed), and hopefully if we just focus on at least every other day we’ll get enough BD in without getting tired of it.  We’ll see! 🙂

@Nic01:  FF plays musical crosshairs on the regular with me.  We are just aiming for EOD and then ED when I see EWCM.

OMG, guys, I think I’m ovulating from both ovaries this month!  I always have sharp ovulation pains on one side, today I’m feeling it distinctly on both sides.  Doesn’t that mean there’s the possibility that we could have twins, if I have a double ovulation sometimes?  I don’t know if that’s exciting or terrifying….

@SadieBee:  good work Sadie’s ovaries!! I thought that only 1 x ovaries releases eggs – & they alternate each month. And i thought twins could rise form the same o releasing many eggs which BOTH get pinned by sperm. Love my use of words? lol

@Nic01:  EOD is every other day and ED is everyday 🙂

Another BFN this morning.  I even took two because I swore I saw a small line, turns out it was just me scratching one in there when I was tilting, twisting, squinting and standing on my head hoping I saw a line. I am still symptom spotting.  Yesterday I got a sudden overwhelming sense of fatigue and my super sniffer was off.  The fresh baked eclairs which usually smell like nasty eggs to me were especially foul smelling like mushrooms.  I nearly puked.  So of course that got the wheels turning in my head. I have never had a LP this long or an O this early. Anyone care to give their opinion?

@princessbelle:  I’d question FF’s CHs for you – it looks more like CD10 to me.  So, that doesn’t change much, but that would put you at 13DPO (instead of 15).  I still don’t know what to make out of your temp drop the past few days, though, but you’re still well over your cover line, so…..lol, that was a lot to basically give you no help at all.  Sorry!

@Nic01:  That’s what I thought too, but I was doing some Google research last night (I know, not always the most reliable, but what can you do?), and it seems that they actually don’t just take turns (you might have one ovary release eggs for months in a row before the other “takes a turn”), and that it’s not common but it’s possible to have both release an egg (within 12-24 hours of one another – I was feeling sharp O pains on the right side in the morning yesterday, then before bed they were really intense on the left side).  I think it’s also possible to have one ovary release two eggs – and that could even be combined so that you end up with fraternal triplets!

@SadieBee:  You learn something new everyday – oh my…triplets…can you imagine the work??? I’ve only known 2 set of triplets.

I’m secretly hoping for twins!

@SadieBee:  I’ll be happy with being able to release at least one healthy egg every month. I really admire those who can release more than one 🙂
