@emb610:  Thanks for starting the new thread!

Have been crazy busy with work and some personal stuff, so have been pretty quiet the last few weeks on both Charters and POAS. Have been reading up whenever I can, but didn’t have a chance to post much… Have to join, because the crazy is getting out of control! Getting to 7 dpo has been painful in terms of patience. Oh, and further proof of my crazy, I have been looking at my chart on FF a hundred times a day in hopes of somehow figuring out if I’m getting my BFP and if the timing was ideal. Obviously, I understand that nothing changes on the chart after I look at it the first 3+ times… πŸ™‚

ROLL CALL!

TTC/TTA: TTC

CD/DPO: CD 21, 7 DPO

Cycles TTC/Charting: 2nd cycle TTC, 12 cycles charting

Age: 30

POAS/AF Date: If I can wait that  long, Aug 11th, which is CD 12. We’re celebrating our anniversary on Aug 10th, so part of me really wants to test that morning, but if it is a BFN, then it would put a damper on the day… So I think I’ll test the day after. That is the goal, at least. πŸ™‚

BFP Plan and/or Known Issues: Right now just prenatals. Next cycle will try to time the  BD better and more frequently (this time just hit one time during the FW…). Thinking about trying preseed next cycle too. So far, no known issues.

For fun: What did you do as a child that got you in  trouble? Was a bit wild, but not in a bad way. I think just the typical teenager stuff.

@miss_v:  Sorry about the chemical or false BFP…

@FreckledFox:  Really sorry to hear about the change in TTC plans! Will miss you on here! You’re always nice and helpful. I understand that being very involved on the TTC boards makes the baby rabies even worse. Also, it is important for both you and DH to be on the same page. Hope the time goes by fast for you and you two can do some fun things before TTC!

@ShellVee:  Your chart is still looking good! Hoping you get your BFP!

@FreckledFox:  oh no! I’m so sad to have you disappear, but I get it completely. It’s been really hard for me at times, and I find that stepping away from  from the bee a bit helps me calm down a little. when I’m feeling really down about it all too (like DH or I might have to go back to Afghanistan, pushing us back again) I go read the “reclaiming wife” articles at apracticalwedding.com and try to make sure I’m really, truly present in my marriage.

What other boards do you hang out on? Maybe we’ll all see you on NWR?

@WillowB:  I’m a bit surprised you didn’t get CH for CD20 today, but it’s like the CM observations that are confusing FF.  it’s also a bit Hard because you stopped looking at CM after day 19 even though it was fertile. Keep temping and I bet you’ll get the ch for Cd20 or CD22.

@FreckledFox:  oh no!!  You will most definitely be missed!  I know you have to do what’s best for you and your DH, but it’s definitely a sad day. Stop by as often as you can!

@WillowB:  I’m going to say CD20, with a slight chance it was CD17/18.

@Mrs.LemonDrop:  Thank you for that website recommendation! I’m not even married yet but this is something I need to be – present in my relationship and not letting the outside world pull me away. I already am reading it. Now I need a website that teaches me to be present in my job… instead of reading the internet all day.

@Mrs.LemonDrop:  I know I kind of got lazy with the CM charting because we were gone camping and I had started to give up hope for the month!

So excited that I can confirm that I O’d but sad to confirm that my LP is indeed too short. Oh well.  At least I know so now I can do something about it

@FreckledFox:  I’m sorry to hear about your delay, and that we won’t be seeing you around the boards so much, but I definitely understand that choice.  The boards certainly make me more baby crazy sometimes – I’ve had to step away before, and sometimes that’s the best choice.  I do hope you’ll still drop in sometimes, though πŸ™‚

@WillowB:  Looks like CD20 to me!

AFM, I excited that I’m 10DPO and still no AF – it feels like a small accomplishment or something, regardless of the fact that I really have no control over it Tongue Out I’ve felt like I’m about to start for the past few days, so it could still be coming in the next day or two, but I was so worried for some reason about having an LP under 10 days. My body is certainly confused though – I’ve had a boatload of unpleasant symptoms for the past three days.  I’m hoping this is just my coming off the pill process and in no way reflects my “normal” PMS.

@FreckledFox:  πŸ™ I’m sorry about DH. That is a bummer. πŸ™ Give him time. DH and I originally talked and I said I wanted to be done by 30(we were 26 at the time) but he wasn’t ready to start yet. Then about 6 months later he initiated the chat. Guys just have to move at their own pace.
