    @Miss2BaMRS: Aww what a great job! That totally has to make your baby fever worse! If I wasn’t enjoying being a designer I’d love to be a nurse in a maternity wing. Pregnant women and babies make me smile!

    So we’re TTA and OPKs don’t mean much to me aside from helping predict AF BUT I had to post this one, its the darkest most obvious positive I’ve gotten to Date! CP still is HFC so maybe I’ll O overnight. Darling Husband and I talked a bit about babies again and I’ll be TTC sometime between Oct 2013 and Oct 2014, sigh.

    @Miss2BaMRS:  If you got a ton of egg white CM around June 8th (CD21) then it’s possible you Oed somewhere between CD18-25.. Meaning you are only like 5-11DPO! I know that’s a bug gap. I get EWCM for 5 days so its hard to tell. I’d take another test in 4 or 5 days! Maybe even 2 days!

    I have never gotten EWCM. Is at weird? Is at a problem?

    I am only on my 3rd cycle off birth control – could that have something to do with it? Anyone not have EWCM at the start of TTC and then get it in later cycles?

    @Glasgowbound:  Do you check internally or on your underwear/TP? If I only marked on my chart what I found on the wipe or panty check I’d never have EWCM, but checking internally it’s there ALL THE F-ING TIME! Seriously, 11 days or something one cycle. It’s ridiculous. On another note, even when checking internally I didn’t have any EWCM during my first cycle, but it showed cycle 2 and has been very present every cycle since. If you check internally and still don’t get EWCM, I’d suggest either evening primrose oil or Preseed. Ask if you’d like more info on either. ๐Ÿ™‚

    @bananasareyellow:  I do check internally. I can’t tell the difference from just panties or wiping ๐Ÿ™‚ I get lots of wet CM and its gotten more prevalent each cycle I’ve been off birth control.

    Evening primrose oil is good for getting a longer LP too right? My first cycle off, my LP was 11 days. My second cycle it was only 6 days (but FF wasn’t sure when I ovulated so it could have been a 9 day LP if I go with the other O date). I’m waiting to see what happens this cycle with my LP before I get really worried.

    @Glasgowbound:  Indeed, EPO is good for CM and for your LP. I assume you’d use it at the same dosage for CM as your would for LP (1000mg twice daily until O, 2000mg tice daily until AF or BFP) or only take it up till O then discontinue, whichever you’re most comfortable with. Otherwise, Preseed is a sperm friendly lubricant which is supposed to mimic EWCM, so many ladies without EWCM will use it during their FW. EWCM is supposed to be the most conducive medium for the sperm to swim through en route to egg, so it’s ideal to have it during your FW. If you don’t have any EWCM, the swimmers won’t last as long (maybe a day instead of 3-4) and swimming upstream will be more difficult for them, so it’s good to remedy the situation and get some EWCM if you can. Good luck!! ๐Ÿ™‚

    @Glasgowbound:

    EWCM appeared for me in my third month off BC but I had to search for it internally. It was pretty cool to see  since you hear so much about it.

    @FreckledFox:  That is definitely a +OPK. I am also excited as I got my OPKs box and yesterday I tested and got a clear negative. Tonight I tested again, and it looks very close to positive. I have a feeling that I will finally ovulate now that I know my LH surge is going up. I don’t want to get my period induced. Congrats in getting a TTC time frame.

    @Utopia4us:

    I heard that B6 can delay ovulation, but my theory is that if it’s helping you increase your progesterone in any way, then not taking it might actually stop you from ovulating. I am testing this theory right now as I think that going back to taking B6 myself is helping me. I am corssing my fingers, and FX that you get the right timing!

    @Yellow.Clover:  Thank you for your advice of regulating the cycles before TTC. I sure hope to do that and get to the bottom of all of this. I was talking to my mom about my cycle issues, and she was so surprised to how much I knew. Knowing about your body and what is doing is so powerful. I wish I had known that before. I have learned so much and many thanks to bees like you.

    @RoyalLime:  Congrats! Happy and healthy 9 months. I saw your chart last night and was thinking of you. I almost decided to ask you if you were testing any time soon as you chart was looking pretty good. I am glad all turned out wonderful for you ๐Ÿ™‚

    @Miss2BaMRS:  OOh you will get no eye rolling from me! I think the first cycle is one of the hardest because you have no idea what’s going on! Did you come off BC recently? That can really mess with your cycles. The thing with the app you are using is that if you haven’t been tracking for a while it will be guessing when your period should come, and it will always be guessing when you ovulate because that is something you can’t tell without reliably checking fertility signs. For me the CM doesn’t seem to mean much, although recently I have been noticing a bit more fertile CM around the time that I can confirm as O by charting BBT. My advice to you at this point would be don’t panic, you may not be actually late yet even though your app thinks you are. Especially if this is your first cycle off BC. My first cycle off BC was a week longer than all the other ones I have had since, and I was most definitely not pregnant.

    Alrighty charters, I am officially confused. First of all that stupid early (wrong) CHs is totally throwing me off. But I also I am expecting O any day now. Do you guys think that tiny rise this morning could have been it? Or from looking at my chart I was also thinking it might be possible that I Od on CD13. That would explain the almost positive looking OPK I got on CD 14, and that everything I have taken since is getting lighter instead of darker. But I also have so much water CM the past few days. Help meeee……..

    So I overlayed my charts and pinned CD 13 for this chart with O for my last 3 charts. It really seems like it fits….wishful thinking?
