I voted for CD17 for two reasons:

    1) It preceeds 3 days of sustained temperatures above your coverline. Did FF recalculate your coverline (the horizontal line) after the relatively high temp on CD16?

    2) It makes sense given another fertility sign: cervical mucus. Typically ovulation is preceeded by several days of watery or or eggwhite cervical mucus. The last day of fertile CM is described as your peak fertile day, and then the mucus changes (usually dries up) after you ovulate. It looks like CD17 was the last in a series of days with fertile CM.

I was annoyed and worried earlier this cycle when FF changed the date of suspected ovulation. But now that I have addedd several more data points, I see that the calculation makes sense. As you continue to chart subsequent cycles, the pattern may become more clear, particularly if illness interfered with your temps this time around. Oh, and you may know this already, but you’ll want to temp at exactly the same time every day, before even getting out of bed. My first cycle charting, I didn’t follow this rule, and my temps were all over the place. I think a pattern is beginning to appear on your chart. Just keep charting and you will see!

@bunnymama:  we are only… taking our tempterature every single day, checking and charting our cervical fluid, peeing on sticks, cutting out harmful foods/drugs, taking prenatal vitamins, and will be carrying a baby for nine months.

and all you, (DH) have to do is show up and have sex. but yeah… that beep is really annoying, Darling Husband. sorry.

Are your temps on CD18-20 taken at your normal time or a weekend time? Because they seem to align with your other weekend temps and I’d say you O’d yesterday. Especially if you have cramps today (they might be O pains).

@bunnymama:  I see. Hmm, it’s difficult to tell. Are you certain you O’d? How do your current post-O temps compare to your previous post-O temps? You were sick this cycle and that might have caused delayed O (perhaps to yesterday). But if your CM usually aligns with O then it was probably somewhere around where FF is saying. My answer is really bad though because I can’t decide between CD15 and CD18.
