Looks like you ovulated cd 17, test again in a few days, sometimes down trending temps can mean AF is coming other times not

Meredith80:  the up and down pattern you are seeing is called fallback rise and its normal.  As long as you stay above your cover line it is normal.  There are several things that can cause the up and down pattern.  If you are a mouth breather when you sleep, waking up at different times every day.

As long as it’s above the line it’s okay. Mine usually takes a nosedive the day before AF starts, or the day of, and goes below.

How long have you been charting? I have been since September after going off BC then, and do notice that my temp drops shortly before AF arrives. But, as long as most of the temps are above the coverline… that’s a good sign. However, I have had it stay high and AF shows up, and then lowers the following day.

I miss the cocktails too during the TWW, too, which I am in now (can test on March 9). However, I allow myself one drink if we’re out, but that’s about it… usually a glass of wine that I slowly sip on.

Meredith80:  are you temping at the same time every day?  Your temps look a little rocky to me.  Looks like you are also getting the dotted crosshairs because you have fertile cervical mucus after the estimated O day.

Meredith80:  Yeah throwing out the first 10 days your temps look a little better.  All of the fertile cervical mucus probably means you won’t get solid crosshairs but since you have lots of BD you are still covered even if the O date is wrong.
