It’s definitely a bargain, but the sale’s been going on for ages and I can’t seem to get off their mailing list now. Just a cautionary note…

I’ll ditto Tanya…it’s been $1 for over a year now! My coworker gets it, and loves it!

Dude…I just went nuts and spent 40 bucks!  I did pick up some really cool things for my bridesmaids.  The blotting papers, some gloss and make-up brushes.  Good brushes are usually pretty freakin’ expensive  but I can deal with $1 each.  Thanks!

I checked http://www.reesycakes.com for a coupon and they have this code EPOL211-07 for free nail polish remover pad with purchase of nail polish.   Can’t beat $1 nail polish!

I bought ELF a while back, and I would suggest ordering a little before you go too nuts. The eyeshadow is super powdery and the tinted moisture things don’t really work. I was pretty happy with the brushes and the bag I ordered. Check out retailmenot.com for coupon codes too!  And that goes for any retailer!

Any rumor about E.L.F. being associated with any major store (started as Bloomingdale’s YEARS ago, and obviously is now Nordstrom, Merle Norman, etc.) is false. You can actually buy the line for $1 at Target as well.

Just wanted to clear up the confusion in case anyone thought it was a limited bargain, but it’s been around since 2004, and the rumors seem to pop up every 6 months or so. It’s by the same guy who started Hard Candy…

here’s some perspective from bees last year:

I’ve never seen the stuff at the targets in my area – o-well if I hate it at least I didn’t spend a ton of money – right?

ELF is sometimes found in the travel sized section near the Pharmacy.. I hardly go to Target anymore but I remember that’s where it was before.  This company is nothing new, and products aren’t great.. I usually just get nail polish and the makeup brushes.

Oh I forgot to mention. If you write THANKYOU in the coupon box,
you will get 5$ off your order! My order was shipped yesterday,
once I have it, I will give  you my input on the products

Sweeney2Be, they don’t have their products in all Target stores. They aren’t in my Target, either.

<span class=”postby”>I second moemarsita about trying out their products before you go crazy. The only product I have bought from them that I didn’t like was the powder. I am absolutely in love with their plumping lip gloss!
