@Tmarlowe14: Have you tried to search and see if you can find them in plastic? Might be cheaper to ship in plastic.
Maybe you can search at joanns or micheals craft store….they usually have lots of 40-50% off coupons weekly!
That look you are going for is beautiful…..but be prepared to shell out some money to recreate it….it will take lots of vases for that! Have you thought about going to a local florist to see of you can just rent them?

Have you looked at a dollar store? I know their online stores have some pretty cheap vases…

ooh very pretty. Agree, find plastic ones if you can to save. I know hobby lobby has glass ones and they have their glassware on sale like 50% off every other week or so.
Also if you subscribe to their newsletter, you’ll get a 40% off (non sale item) every week (coupon can be reused if you visit more than once).
PS make sure your aisle is wide enough to accommodate you and the person walking you down the aisle as well as the poof in your dress, I’ve seen many times on 4 weddings where the dress nearly knocked over the candles! yikes! and so the dad had to walk unevenly behind the bride and it was awkward looking 🙂

Ikea, Save-on-Crafts, Dollar Tree…

also, craigslist. It’s going to be really hard to find that size in a reasonable price, I’ve been looking for months and the cheapest I’ve found is $14 per vase and that would prolly be for a 14 to 16 inch.
I LOVE the look though and really hope you are able to make this happen!

That is a beautiful look you’re going for! I would check Craigslist and if you can’t find anything, go to Michael’s–I got basically the same vases, only fewer of them, for my wedding. Since you have until August, you could see if the store would be willing to special order more just for you.

Not sure where you are located, but if you are in NC, SC, or TN, I’d look into Carolina Pottery. They have 4 locations and have inexpensive glassware. I bought all my vases (about 30), candles, glass votive holders, plus 8 different glass containers for a candy buffet from there for like $200. I don’t think they have online ordering, it’s more like a wholesale store and items vary by store.

I wanted to do the same thing and took a long time to find what I wanted. They have the cheapest cylinder vases I’ve found because you order in bulk (4-12 in a case) but it’s find for wedding where you need lots of tables decorated. They also have a huge variety of sizes. Most other places only had one that I wanted.
In the end however, I talked to a florist and she is throwing in the vases for free. I was originally going to do all the flowers myself but she was able to do it all for about the same price after I costed in the vases.
