(Closed) Cheap hair and make up

I’m helping a friend look for reasonably priced hair and make up in Houston.  Does anybody know anyone that might just be starting out, or who doesn’t work with a big salon that might give a really good price?  If so please let me know their info!  Thanks!

I hired Hair by Liz, and her prices seemed to be cheaper than everyone else! She does both hair and makeup, and she can bring assistants if it’s a big wedding party.

I got my makeup done at Ulta (the beauty store) for $30!
