Another vote for Vistaprint. They’ve got a shit ton of different designs, easily customisable, website is dead straightforward and they are very affordable. Should be easy to find a voucher code to get some money off too.
I am following this thread to see the responses. I am debating whether to do them or not. Not sure I care on where to save the date or not.
I did mine through Shutterfly and got a great deal. They do sales fairly often and they do a grat job. We also did our guestbook and invites through them.
If you just have a photo file for your save the date, you can have photo prints made. I like the FreePrints app from Photo Affections. I edited a photo of my fiancé and I with text over the top and had a bunch of prints made for like $0.09 each plus shipping, which was like $5 for the whole lot. They are just regular photo prints, I chose a matte finish for mine. You could tuck them in envelopes or probably just stamp and address the back like a postcard. Just another inexpensive option. 🙂
zazzle.com always has deals/groupons/ etc. I cant even tell you how much stuff I have ordered from them for my wedding
Make them! On Zazzle you can make your own. I think mine cost $115 for 175 “postcards”
I also used vistaprint. $47 for 100 postcard-sized magnets. Designed them myself in illustrator (vistapriny a designs were always underwhelming to me), uploaded the file.
