Try Pier One or Home Goods.  They always have odds and ends there for pretty cheap.

You will find cheaper prices if you can get a florist or anyone else with a business license to register with a wholesaler like this:

If your wedding is in 2013 you also have time to approach a grower for their prunings and make your own. You soak the vines in water to make them pliable, then wrap them around an exercise ball(you need a very durable ball- not a beach ball that can be easily punctured).

After it is dry, deflate and remove the ball.
