I’m in need of a veil, and hair jewellery, and not interested in paying $150 each to wear during the ceremony..!
I’m looking into rentals ($60-$120), but am seeing some veils on Amazon with good reviews. I’m not lookong for a lace veil, but a simple plain veil with crystal beading on the edge only.
Something like this:
Anyhow, wondering if anyone has ordered veils, or hair jewellery in particular (as I can’t do free returns on jewellery) from Amazon, and what you thought of your purchase?
My worry is more with the jewellery, as I can’t return it, and worried that any jewels will fall off!

I bought a belt from Amazon (link below) on the basis of good reviews and it’s better than I could have hoped for – excellent quality and just as beautiful (if not more!) and the $300-400 belts sold with my dress or the $75-150 belts on Etsy. That said, it was a $30 gamble and I was willing to risk losing that money. I also feel badly because there is no way that belt or the jewelry you posted is being made by someone making a fair or living wage… but that’s probably true of the belts sold bridal boutiques, too.

I bought my veil on Amazon. I think I paid $12 for a chapel length veil. I think it looks just as good as the ones from the bridal store. I can’t remember the vendor.

I bought a hair comb with white flowers and rhinestones off Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01COEL7JC/ref=cm_sw_r_sms_awd_d_LRdsxb5EJYGRM), mainly because it was $14, Prime eligible (at the time), and my hair trial’s on Saturday.
It’s actually really pretty, and seems sturdy. My only surprise was that it was smaller than anticipated- about the size of the palm of my hand- but that’s great for me, because I was worried it would be too big to wear on the side of my head.
My wedding has been heavily sourced from Amazon and eBay, and everything’s been lovely (and prompt) so far. And I’m really getting my money’s worth off the Prime shipping!

I bought my head band and sash from Blanca Veils on Etsy. I was nervous about ordering online, but it turned out so much prettier than I ever imagined. the seller was very nice too! Paid $50 for both pieces!
