I’ve copied a bunch of stuff at Kinko’s lately – easy and cheap. I know a lot of people use Vistaprint. To be budget friendly we had postcard RSVP’s (cheaper stamp + no envelope + less mailing costs because of the lighter weight).

I’m using Zazzle, but that’s because I’ve designed all my artwork and printing on both sides.

I’ve seen people using photos for the invites and you can get postcards from pretty much anywhere as RSVP’s.

Overnight Prints is another place I’ve used (for business cards anyway) and I’ve heard people using 123Print.

You could also check out Staples (I think they do that sort of thing, also) and local printers.

I just got in my invites I ordered.  They are a great quality, and the ink is nice and shiny and raised.  I ordered from http://www.budgetweddinginvitations.com.  I ordered 100 invite sets with return address preprinted on the outer envelope, a lined inner envelope, an rsvp card with my return address reprinted on that envelope, and an accommodation card.  If I hadn’t paid extra for quick shipping, it would have been about $180 total…..couldn’t find any deals to touch that, at that quality.

Good luck with your search!

Have you tried http://www.vistaprint.com?  The have some nice invites, and you can also design your own and upload it for them to print for you. Sometimes you can get a discount if you type in your search engine “Vistaprint coupons”.  Good luck!
