Update: Just noticed you’re already married, so you might not have actually had more checks made out to your married name.  Regardless, my suggestion still stands to others who might be reading the post

angela10 :  If your husbands name is on it, can’t he cash it? We got checks written out to “The LAST NAMES” and “futuremrs2020 and husband LAST NAME” and a few other ways too, I just had my husband cash them all.

I saw you got it sorted, but if this happens again, I didn’t change my name and my husband’s family sometimes sends us checks that have me as My First Name His Last Name, but we were able to go into the bank with our marriage certificate and meet with our advisor to get some notes on the account in terms of the variations of names they will accept. I think its similar to how my name is Danielle but a check to Dani is cashed as it’s an accepted variant. We were there for something else anyway, but I think it was fairly quick and easy (we are in Canada, so may be slightly different).

Glad you were able to get this taken care of easily!
