    It’s a good start, I suggest choosing less fonts – only stick to 2 or 3. And play more with the font size, right now there’s no focus. You could choose “save the date” as the focus or your names or the date, but I would choose one. And make the note about the hotels much smaller

     

    Less !!!! – one does the trick.

     

    Also I would maybe add boxes and lines to split things up and add visual interest

    @MsGinkgo:  I just did mine last week, it took me forever to settle on one! Don’t give up!

    also don’t restrain yourself in portrait, try it landscape too!

    @MsGinkgo:  Much better!  Just my opinion– make “Save the date” a bit larger, and the actual date a bit smaller. Center (move up) “A block of rooms. . .”

     @MsGinkgo:  Still seems like there are too many typefaces – just looks a little confused, somehow?  I think the fonts don’t necessarily go well with each other?  Or maybe there are too many different sizes of letter going on?

    If you don’t limit it to 2-3 fonts it really is too busy to read And it looks jumbled, doesnt give it the fun look im guessing you want. If you want to vary it, then have 2 different text colors (purple & black or grey)in addition to 2 fonts Or so.

    It might also be nice to have some text justified instead of centered (hotel info). And I also think one or 2 items of text being white in a purple or grey box would help to break it up.

    I have to be honest, the extra exclamation points irk me. I’d use just one per sentence.

    try put your names on one line, and making a larger & sign so that the names overlap. i think it needs some negative space to give your eye a break
