(Closed) Chef World – Has Anyone Been Able to Successfully Return or Cancel Your Order?

Chefworld produces waterless cookware which is sold primarily through bridal registry shows.We went to one of these shows and fell in love with the cookware.

 

We decided to go out on a limb and purchase their smallest package, costing over $1000. After receiving our cookware, we immediately used it and had nothing but problems with it. We contacted the company to resolve the issue and were unsatisfied with their solutions.. We then attempted to get a refund, and were informed that we had only 3 days from the date we ordered the cookware to get a refund (over a week and a half before we had even recieved the product)”.

 

We have since been reported to credit bureaus,. Now Chefworld claims to have no record of our complaints and are threatening lagal actions?.We contacted the Better Business Bureau and discovered the they had 26 registered complaints against Chefworld in the last 3 years, 6 in the last 12 months..( http://www.bbb.org/new-york-city/Business-Reviews/cooking-utensils/chefworld-inc-in-monroe-ny-116606 ) This company preys on engaged couples and someone needs to put an end to this. my email is [email protected] We just recently got got scammed by chef world. We are trying to get out of our contract too.

 

We are going to try and start a class action law suit but we need more people to tell there stories.
