I came across this really beautiful place card tree idea on Martha Stewart Weddings and had to share!
I’m considering doing this but wonder if it’d be too hard for people to find their names. Also I wonder if it’d be too cluttered? I’m inviting about 130 people…maybe I can just do one flower for one family so it wouldn’t be?
Also, it says to use map pins to attach to the branches. I’m not sure how that’d work out as I wouldn’t want anyone to prick their fingers. Any ideas?

This is a beautiful idea but could be a real congestion maker as your guests come to a grinding halt at the entrance to the reception. I think it wold be annoying to try to find your name on the back of a paper blossom. It would quickly get rather bashed and tattered looking.
Why not have the escort cards on the table underneath the arrangement?

Hmmmm – its beautiful, but with more than maybe 40-50 people I don’t see it working out well. Maybe you can use it as your “guest book”? People can write on the flowers and attach them to the tree with twine or fishing line??
