http://perfecthairanywhere.com/ Who I’m using. They’re not that expensive, do a great job (a couple friends have used them for their weddings and I loved their work), and are travelling to my hotel suite downtown to get me ready.

This is who I am using and she is VERY reasonable… I told her she needs to charge more!  She also has a friend Jenny who does hair.  They are both doing my wedding. Soon they are opening a business together.

For whatever reason it’s not letting me copy and paste right now- hopefully you can see the prices.  She also does not require a min. bridal party like some do

I’m researching this right now too. What is expensive to you, for reference? I  haven’t found any for less than $75 for attendants (with a minimum number of attendants). Just want to manage your expectations.

piper628:  No, $75 just for one service (for on-site service in a house or hotel room). They have to be realistic; you’d pay $60-70 to have make-up done at a salon, and this is on-location and for a wedding. Of course it’s going to be more.

piper628:  You cannot make them pay for it if they don’t want to, so just pick the right choice for you and make it optional. Or treat them to it as their gift. Don’t stress too much about it.

I’m using Kate Johnson Artistry and they are coming to our hotel. Its $399 for the bride (including trial) and then $169 for anyone else for both hair and makeup. That includes airbrush makeup and lashes

piper628:  I recommend Meghan Piironen I just completely my hair trial with her. She is amazing!! Super cool laid back, but knows her stuff and offers suggestions.

She was very reasonable for hair.

For makeup, try Glam’d very reasonably priced, downtown and great service.

Not sure if this helps…still might be too much will tavel fees.

I’m getting married in South Eastern WI and my hair and makeup rates are $25 for makeup and $50+ for hair style (it’s 50+ depending on the hair length and type of updo but she quoted me by saying it is usually never more than $65). I don’t think that the makeup is airbrushed (that def. costs more) but it’s still beauty professionals doing your makeup.

I know that they travel but I’m not sure how far they are willing to go or how much they charge for traveling.

It is “Salon on Sixth” in Kenosha, Wisconsin if you’d like to inquire further

I highly reccommend Amazing Bride. She works with a phenominal Make up artist too, Renee….they did my sisters wedding and also my wedding, airbrush make up and legit perfect hair. Cannot reccommend enough.

Honestly just pick who YOU want ( its your wedding) and make it optional for your friends. They can go elsewhere ( one of my girls did, and it was totally fine)

Hair and makeup is not something you want to cut costs on ( IMO)

Also I can’t remember the cost but I think it was 150 for my hair, 85 for the BMs, make up was the same. Everyone looked perfect.
