We are looking for reception venues. Catered or non-catered, open bar is a must. Guests 120-150.
We definitely want to keep our venue in the suburbs most of our guests are from the Western Suburbs, but were open to other burbs if not to far away.
We need ideas and we are open to out of norm places. Help us please! Lol.

OMG! I’m getting married in Brookfield and the reception is in Oak Brook. We’re having it at Mayslake Peabody Estate. Reasonably priced. Coordinator there is great. Inside and outdoor options. The historical look and natural beauty of the place can’t be topped! They don’t cater. All they provide is the chairs. LOL!

@teacherin200829: Small world! My parents live minutes away from Mayslake Peabody Estate. I was thinking about that place myself, I haven’t spoken to anyone personally from that place just looked at their website. So tables cost extra? Lol. Are you allowed an open bar there?
I would love more details please if you can.
