I would have to pick all of the mushrooms off, but I would get over it or pick something else.

I’d be happy with either, but I LOVE francaise. That being said, a know a lot of people who absolutely hate mushrooms, so marsala would be a deal breaker.

Marsala, which I love, despite my disgust with mushrooms.

I personally love Marsala, but I come from a picky family and most of them would prefer Francaise over Marsala because of the mushrooms.

I love chicken marsala so I’d prefer that in a buffet but francaise is probably the safer option. It’s true that some people don’t like mushrooms, so they can simply pick them off, but mushroom allergies are pretty common which could lead to disaster for certain people.

My old boss is deathly allergic to mushrooms. If he stumbled across them in a buffet, he wouldn’t be able to eat anything that’s offered for fear of it being contaminated. He’s not the only person I’ve known with a severe allergy either so odds are, there are plenty of others out there. Just something to think about.

Francaise! Mushrooms are icky. 😀 Even if I pick them off it still TASTES like mushrooms so I always pass on the marsala.

@ddg84:  This!  I totally agree.  Eww mushrooms.  I won’t eat anything with them in it.
