I have a puzzle and i need some honest advise! I have 3 lovely nephews that i adore and my hubby to be has 8 neices and nephews all under the age of 12! I know its ok to invite the kids to the ceremony then request to have an adult only reception but … the catch is that we are out of town, therefore they
d need to organise a sitter + accomodation not only for themselves but for the kids also. We are thinking about leaving it up to the parents to descide if they want to bring the kids along, but well make it clear that they will need to organise them? I just know they wanted to bring them, they have told others yet have not spoken to myself or future hubby about it? The other thing is that they are not the most well behaved kids, but we adore them none the less .. do we need that stress, do the parents need the stress of organising them? I`m not sure what to do here …. I dont want to upset the kids, my best memorys are family weddings when i was young, tho this time it may be inpractical for them to attend …. thoughts and suggestions welcome?!
