Unfortunately I’ve only heard bad things about this.  One person posted in support that her dress showed up DIRTY and not to the specificated size.  I would never be comfortable doing business with a company which isn’t covered by the BBB and whom I can’t recover money from.

Dhgate.com and Lightinthebox.com also have chinese made dresses.  There are more that I can’t remember the names of.

I ordered my dress from Milly Bridal and they sent me multiple pictures throughout the process. I had to approve the dress multiple times before they sent the final product to me.  You can PM if you want to see pictures. I had a pleasant experience with Milly.

I used DHGate.com and the outcome was horrifying. I received a dress that was too small, the incorrect color, wrong silhouette, and nothing like the photo. Upon sending the dispute to my seller I was told that a refund was not an option. Upon sending the dispute to the website I was told that a refund was not an option. It was the most horrific customer service experience I’ve ever been through. On another note I did order my wedding dress from MyIDress.com and they worked out wonderfully. They kept in contact, catered to my customizations and sent me photos of the finished product to be sure I was satisfied before sending it off. I love MyIDress.com!

I am sure there are Chinese dress websites that offer nice quality yet cheap dresses, several of my friends ordered dresses from China and they are satisfied with the quality.
