    Go for it! What is $200 in the scheme of wedding planning

    Don't do it... just not worth the risk

    @TheMrs2013: Yes Bees…do extensive research! I need to also mention…get photos of your gown. B4 it’s shipped! If you aren’t satisfied…get a refund or have them do it to your satisfaction.

    @luckyprincess:Thank You for the compliment. I also need to add that my gown is a plus size..therefore it being pinned on this small model doesn’t do it any justice, (there is a lil gapping).

    You know..it’s not me advertising for THEM, as much as it is me just disliking some of the post that suggest that ,Because they have the designers version…they will be any more beautiful on their wedding day than the Bees that chose to save some $..and still be happy. Ya know. I believe that unless you are somewhat wealthy…we all find someplace to cut corners in our wedding plans. Hey,I’ve seen brides with two expensive gowns that day and serve their guest what amounts to be just appitizers as the meal! LOL! In my opinion..if you get a nice replica dress…that’s one area that is a WIN WIN for everyone.

    @homegirl:

    Glad you’re happy with it, that’s what matters.  I think your dres is lovely and you were lucky to get a good deal, I was just pointing out that things will be different since the OP seems to really like that dress, and not just the idea of it.

    I never claimed that you or others would pass their replicas off as real.  I would never ask anyone that.

    I am actually jelous of people who got a great deal and are happy. I wouldn’t gamble.

    @Atalanta:I’m surely appreciating your understanding. And I understand your thoughts on the $$ gamble. After thinking long and hard about it myself, my conclusion was this. Actually I could afford to loose $130 bucks…and it was really worth it to me to take a chance on that, if it meant I could very well end up with a dress I loved. Ya know. Now that I see the results of the more difficult dress, I’m confident in them also making remainder of my dresses as well. “I’m looking forward to them duplicating 3 other wedding gowns for my Flower Girls.”

    @Atalanta:Hey Ms. Atlanta..I recieved my dress. I was ready to tell you you were right…but after actually recieving my dress. I’m happy to report…I think I made a good choice. Me personally…I know that I wouldn’t have been any happier if I’d chosen a designer gown. (Pics Posted)

    I ordered from Jeff Liu and I can’t wait for it to come in. I will post pictures as soon as he sends them to me. I also ordered a second dress from dressilyme because I heard wonderful things about them. I think both will be excellent quality.

    $230 for Jeff Liu and $160 for Dressily me both include shipping to Japan. Cheaper if shipped to America.

    My dress has arrived from China.. Its not what I was hoping for and im currently deciding whether some alterations can make it everything I want it to be.

    It definately needs more boning added, and it needs to be made smaller in my rib cage. The dress has to be lengthened as its the perfect length and im barefoot, and the sweet heart needs to be cut deeper. Most of those are easy fixes, but once fixed im not sure I love the dress.

    the first photo is a real ella marie model in the gown. (maggie sottero, ella marie)

    the next photos are the gown I received from http://www.goodgoodschina.com
