Which ebay seller did you use? So sorry to hear about your experience. I hope the dress is like you wanted.

I sell on Ebay a lot.  You do have 45 days to file a claim with Ebay or Paypal, so it’s too late for that.  HOWEVER, if you paid with a credit card through Paypal, then you are one smart shopper and yes, you should be 100% protected through your credit card.

I hope they come through for you!

I am sorry you are having to go through this; however, they did get back to you right away when you emailed them. The reason they may “no longer a registered user” is because they may no longer have a large enough place to make all of their gowns. I hope that they are doing their best to get gowns already ordered out in time for their brides. They said it will take 7-10 days to ship, and by my calendar, you could still receive it on time. I hope everything turns out well for you.

I’m sorry you had a terrible experience!

I ordered a custom dress from a China company and had a GREAT experience, I guess these companies are very hit-or-miss.

Good luck!

Yeah they are. I think sometimes its the ebay companies that cause trouble. Some are reliable from what I hear but I now only trust the companies that create a site of their own. The strictly ebay based stores are only in it for the money.

On the bright side another bee was really happy with ASAP on ebay that store seemed to be reliable.

You followed my first wedding shopping rule..always use a credit card. If the worst case comes true, then you are protected through your CC company.

@FunfettiCupcakes:

Well not all ebay shops are bad. I know I didn’t have a great experience but I have seen many brides that have. So you may have some luck. ^_^

@preg_n_ready2_wed:

Sometimes you can contact the seller and they may call their shippment source and give them the change of address.

You may also try to call yourself.

I hope you will find it.
