It’s accurate half the time… It said girl for us and our son just didn’t agree, I guess.

I’m pretty sure gender is determined by the male chromosomes and has nothing to do with the Chinese Lunar calendar. With that said,

FutureMrsK2014:  The only thing that will determine your child’s sex is whether they receive a X or Y chromosome from the sperm that fertilizes your egg. You have a 50/50 shot at any point.
