I’ve been researching the TTC for boy vs girl. I’ve seen alot about the Chinese Lunar Birth Calendar. How accurate do you think it is? I’m 26 and it’s saying if I conceive in July or August I will have a boy, but if i conceive September through December I will have a girl.
What do you bee’s think?!

I think it probably has about a 50% accuracy rate.

It was wrong for me…I’m having a boy, calendar predicted a girl!

It’s accurate half the time… It said girl for us and our son just didn’t agree, I guess.

I’m pretty sure gender is determined by the male chromosomes and has nothing to do with the Chinese Lunar calendar. With that said, brlabrat:
is correct with the 50% accuracy.

The only thing that will determine your child’s sex is whether they receive a X or Y chromosome from the sperm that fertilizes your egg. You have a 50/50 shot at any point.

It has a 50% accuracy, and it did not work for me.

Thanks for the responses! I meant for the post to be light hearted and just fun! I realize its 50/50 chances, I was just looking for some fun comparisons
