I know I’m extremely early, but I love Christmas 🙂
So every year my family and I watch a good Christmas film together on Christmas Eve (if I’m not working insane hours) and. Have watched Love Actually for the last 3 or 4 years. I think its time for something new, so does anyone have any genuinely good Christmas films that they love? We’ve been through The Holiday and Love Actually, and I’m at a complete loss as to what else is worth watching…

Elf is by far my favorite Christmas movie.
The Santa Claus (the first one) is another favorite.
National Lampoons Christmas Vacation
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
and off course the other classics like The Year Without Santa Clause, Santa Clause is coming to town, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, etc. <- although maybe these are childish but I LOVE them.

I LOVE Christmas and Christmas movies!!! My favorite Christmas comedy is The 12 Men of Christmas. My favorite classic is White Christmas (not for everyone its b&w). If you like comedy I recommend Elf, The Grinch and Eight Crazy Nights. For chick flicks Holiday in Handcuffs is awesome as well as Santa Baby, 12 Dates of Christmas and Four Christmases. And if you just want some good holiday movies you can try This Christmas, Stepmom, Bridget Jones and Steel Magnolias are pretty good.
And just because I’m a kid at heart my favorite Christmas movie is Rudolph!!

Christmas on Seasame Street is a family classic for us, probebly a little less grown up than yours but still a wonderful movie!

I’ve never seen Rudolf… Maybe I’ll subject my family to it 🙂 what is the 12 men of christmas? Thats one I’ve never heard of. And yes, Bridget Jones is going on my list! We’ve all seen both of them half a million times, but another time couldn’t hurt right?
Thanks everyone for your suggestions! I will definitely look into some of them 🙂
Oh and I love The Grinch but I think everyone’s sick of it… We watched it 3 or 4 years in a row. Have any of you guys seen Robbie the Reindeer? The third one is rubbiah, but we all love the first two!
