So I’m happy I’ve been able to do some research before getting engaged so I can determine without pressure what I like and care about versus what doesn’t matter to me.
However, this also means that I look at this:
and say WHIMSICAL and EFFORTLESS!
Then I look at this:
and say DRAMATIC and INTERESTING!
NATURAL and VIBRANT!
DIFFERENT and MODERN!
My point is, how do I decide?! I have all these ideas but they’re not necessarily connected or blendable (obviously I can only have one bouquet).
What do I do when I equally like and dislike elements of very different themes:
So, my question is, how are you fellow brides deciding? Costs? Tradition? Magic 8 Ball?

What i liked the most+what I could afford. Also, i strayed towards classic/timeless/romantic. i LOVE trendy stuff but i wanted to avoid an overly trendy wedding.

I’m deciding by the overall feel I want at my ceremony and reception. If I find something that I think would fit in perfectly but is too expensive, I look a little harder for something similar and cheaper, or I try to see if I can make it myself. I hate tradition by the way…it’s my wedding and I don’t want something that’s been done for the past 30 years over and over to dictate how I’m supposed to run my wedding, I like my own spin on things. Yes, I’ve had the whole “crickets in the background” thing when I tell people what I’m doing or not doing…but in the end I’ll be happier about my choices.
I loooove that umbrella picture by the way && the second bouquet with the peacock feathers =]

I chose my ceremony/reception venue and went from there. The venue I chose ended up being very elegant and classic, so even though I like some of the modern elements, I am sticking with what will work in the room. I think it will end up looking great! Good luck making your decisions!
