Which of these fish dishes would you choose as your fish option for your wedding?
Pan seared seasoned salmon filet topped with a fresh chopped tomato aioli
Seasoned, broiled South Pacific whitefish
Tilapia Alla Primavera
Pan seared tilapia filet with fresh tomato, peppers, onions and lemon sauce
Misto Di Pesce
Shrimp, calamari, clams, mussels, and whitefish slowly cooked in a white wine tomato sauce

I love white fish. Most people like salmon (but the tomato with it is throwing me off). And, tilapia strikes me as a boring, weekday, cheap dinner fish option. I’d stay away from shellfish (for people with shellfish allergies).
If I were at a restaurant, I’d order the Misto Di Pesce – but I think for a wedding, the Pesce Bianca is your best bet.

I think tilapia is the fish that would please the most palates…but all of them sound yummy!

I would pick the salmon. I think it sounds the most common, but still delicious.

Tilapia…. I don’t like any sort of fishy seafood taste, and tilipia is pretty low on that. If I was a guest, I would not eat any of the other choices.

Personally, I’d love the seafood medly. But, salmon is known as the “fish for people who don’t like fish,” so if you’re looking for a crowd pleaser, you should pick salmon.
It all depends on what you’re looking for in your entree. And who your crowd is. Are they adventurous enough to want seafood medly?
I’m assuming there’s one you don’t obviously prefer.

@friedicecream: I actually don’t like any of these options. LOL! I’d only eat fish if it was halibut.

Salmon is too potent, i choose tilapia because it is a nice mild fish that a lot of ppl like

I chose tilapia since it’s mild and I think the lemon sauce on it sounds great!
