My fiance had a unique engagement ring made, and now I’m searching for something to match it. My e ring has some floral, vine-like elements along the band. I am choosing between the styles below. Opinions please!
RING 1: Also has floral elements that work well with the e ring

RING 2: A simpler band with diamonds

RING 3: I have no photo, but I’m also considering a plain platinum band for a classic look

Plain will be too plain, floral will be too matchy
The second one is the best!

thefluter: I love your engagement ring! Mine also has some floral elements.
Personally, I think the first band is gorgeous, but to me it’s almost too matchy-matchy with your engagement ring, without being a perfect match. I love the look of pairing it with a simpler sparkly band. But I’m also very biased because that’s what I did, plus upping the contrast a little by choosing yellow gold (but not channel setting).
So personally I vote for going with something like the second, or maybe something sort of in between the first and second, like a marquise-dot type thing.

I would keep it simple- plain or pave. The swirly first one is too busy with the ering IMO

The floral/vine look is very unique, and I think the band goes with your ring! It is stunning.

Beautiful e-ring btw! I think with the e-ring the floral is too much, even though its absolutely gorgeous so I vote diamond band.

I love both diamond bands. I guess it just depends what you want. I don’t think the first is too matchey. Just pick whichever one makes your heart skip a beat!!

Love the floral! But also consider the plain band in-between your ering and the floral band if you plan to stack. You can totally rock all of them I bet 😉

I think both pictures look fab so you can’t go wrong with either! Plain may be a little toooo plain if that makes sense.

The detailling of your e-ring is so intricate, I’d go with a plain band to offset it.

I would say both the floral and pave.

I love your ering. I like the curves of the first band but there is too much detail. I would look for a band with curves that has a simple repeating pattern or maybe just a curved band. I do think sticking with the millegraine detail is a good idea. And I think the second band is too drastically different from your ering. Unless you have decided you want diamonds in your band, what about a band that has an engraved floral design and millegrained edges?

thefluter: I LOVE the second band. It’s almost like a frame/base for the gorgeous ring.
