They dont have to match, per say, but they need to look good together, of course! I think your dress & the bms would look nice together! But yes, they would match to an extent.

I think this one would be really nice. It wouldn’t take away from your gown (gorgeous, btw!), but it goes nicely with it. 

I’m wearing lace, and for a while, was looking for lace Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses. Then decided it was too matchy-matchy. Good luck!

I think they should go together in so much as they should both go well in the venue and with the rest of the wedding. But I don’t think the dresses need to be similar to the wedding gown. My bridesmaid dresses are nothing like my gown.

I don’t think they have to match as much as the one you chose did = but I think that will look super cute together!  But, if you don’t like the way they are so matchy matchy, chose something else that is complimetary but not matching.
