This seems like a silly question, but we just got our pro-photos in and I’m wondering about posting them on Facebook. I’m trying to avoid posting a ton of them, but I am unsure about what kinds of photos to post. I’d like to just post the highlights/favorite photos, but it feels kinda vain to have them mostly of us because I’m sure extended family and friends would want to see their photos with us/the shot of their baby, etc. Also, I don’t know about detail shots, centerpieces, favors, decor, etc. What kind of photos did you post? I have an album with a lot of our friend shots/portraits so maybe I will just save those for when people come over and want to see more photos.

I just posted a bunch of ours in one album that way the 50 pictures that I posted didn’t all show up separately 50 times on people’s newsfeeds haha. I posted the highlights & the ones with people dancing & what not, but left out a lot of formal shots with family & such. If I had a nice picture with someone in particular, I actually printed it or emailed it to them which a lot of people liked, but that is totally not necessary!

I think just post a few favorites and guest pictures. You can also use other formal pictures of you and your Fiance as profile and cover photos, that way people dont have to go through a whole album of you and your Fiance to just get to a couple of them. Also I wouldn’t bother posting detail shots. No one will really care about them and if they do want to see them they can just ask to see you photo album (:

Few highlights (one maybe two of each type), bride and groom, bridal party, and guests having fun. No details shots.
